My father in law referred me to ACS, because one of our AC units was broken and another company was telling me that we needed to replace both of our units but then ACS came over same day(since it was June) and he told me that only one unit needed to be replaced and that was 5 years ago…..
Then I get back from vacation a few days ago and my other unit I thought was finally dead but ACS came out and said it was just a part that needed to be replaced, being that I know nothing about AC units I appreciate the fact that you can fully trust that they are not trying to just sell you anything that you don’t need.. 🙏🏼🤩

I got 4 estimates and ACS was over $3,000 less than the second lowest.

Absolutely superb service. They were able to come out same day when it was 105 outside and 90 degrees in our home. Chris our technician fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. 100% would recommend.

Hands down the best company in town for heating/air. Family owned, not corporate. Never an attempt at over selling you, trying to upgrade when not needed. Total honesty, hardwork and empathetic. You need help thats what they will do.

They actually care not just about the work and service they put in, but care about their customers. They make the time for anything big or small, no matter what the case may be. If only everyone worked like this and gave their honesty and dedication.

Great company to deal with and the best part is they are honest about what you need, and more importantly what you don't need. They never try to upsell you or sneak in hidden charges. I've used them a few times over the years, but I guess the mark of a good company is that I've referred them to friends and family as well, without hesitation.

Doesn’t deserve any stars. Tried to convince me that my 6 year old unit needed to be replaced and my new roof tore up as well ( don’t worry he knows a roofer) $9K + or $160/month for 10 years. Not counting roof repair. Part is still under manufacture warranty. He didn’t even bother to check. The part he replaced last year also has to be replaced. Not a repair company. Just want to make big bucks on installation.
Do Not Use. *** Rich told me part was probably not under warranty. Called another company for second opinion. Service Tech told me part is still under warranty, and ordered part.

I called these guys for service on my AC unit. Came promptly on time with everything prepared including my freon that i needed. They charged the right price for the freon and the visit, ...but that's not where they exceeded my expectations. The side gate at my house was not accessible , lost my lock key, so he didn't refuse the job, instead he went ahead and climbed the wall to get to the unit with his tools, ...not easy let me tell you ! ...but he did it fast and efficient and finished the job! He went above and beyond LITERALLY !!!! Thank you so much guys !! Robert

I had a wonderful experience with Airria Climate Systems co repairing my AC! This company is amazing! Very honest and very reasonable! Rich is a great guy, very knowledgeable and educated in what he does and very professional! I wish I had called them first but I had a different company that attempted the repair and failed then Rich came and quickly corrected the problem and charged a very reasonable amount. So nice to be able to trust your AC repair co! I am so happy I found them!

In the middle of summer in Vegas isn’t the ideal time for AC problems. (I guess there is never a good time for AC issues) But these guys came out right away to our rescue. We needed a new AC unit and we decided to have both replaced because we’ve had issues with both units for years. Replacement was completed quickly for an extremely fair price. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up their work space. My three boys asked them lots of questions and they were patient and kind. They took their time to answer all our questions and made us feel very comfortable. After the installation was complete, they were available for follow up questions. I’d recommend this company to anyone in need of AC service or repair.

This was the best Air condition company I have ever used I called them out they came within a hour diagnosed my system and was honest and very informative. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work once again thanks. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family and neighbors.

Airria Climate Systems has maintained our 12 year old air conditioner and it's still working perfectly! Even with the intense heat in Las Vegas this summer, we were enjoying the cool temperature inside the house.
I highly recommend their maintenance contract which helps in early detection of future problems and to avoid higher maintenance costs. All of the service men are professional and arrive on time for your appointment.

First of all, Airria Climate Systems runs a stand up company. Offering fair prices and a no nonsense approach to getting your business, and it shows.

I recently was in the market to have my home air conditioner replaced, as it was on it's last legs on an original 20 year old unit. So I reached out to Airria Climate Systems who sent out Chad from the company, who looked over my existing equipment and we discussed options. Chad was very helpful and knew the equipment the and installation process well. He explained to me all my options and told me that Rich, the owner would be in touch to give me an estimate. Rich was very professional, and sent me an estimate that same day which was fair and even offered an incentivised upgraded option. Which would be more energy efficient, and with an added a pre season discount. They offered this because we were looking to install not in the dead heat of the summertime. It pays to do so I guess, as most people just wait till it breaks... So they actually pay it forward for you doing so before that happens. Which was a nice touch, and aided in the overall cost of the upgraded unit in my eyes, as the discount was substantial.

They sent out out a three man crew, who were on time, on the arranged day. They introduced themselves and went right to work, draping off the entire pathway and closet leading to my attic upstairs where my my split unit equipment was located. They broke down the old system and they used a winch to lift the new equipment into the attic and a crane to install the evaporator coil outside. Taking great care with the installation of new equipment and removal of the old in the process. The whole install went very smoothly and took most of the day. With Rich the owner himself coming out on-site to oversee the work during the process.

After everything was done Chad took the time to go over the new equipment in detail, and how everything worked. He explained our warranty and that they would register our equipment themselves, as well as check back in with us come summertime to look in on the AC unit to make sure everything is operating properly. Which in and of itself is just solid thing for a company to do so after the installation!

They also asked if they could document their work for their social media page. Which I was more than happy to help with, after the stellar installation they provided. Which to me speaks volumes. As it says they believe in the quality of their work, as well as the products they offer as a whole.

Best HVAC company in town. They came out on a pretty short notice to perform just a routine maintenance in my system. Found a couple minor issues and price was incredibly reasonable. Look no further than Airria Climate Systems when you need your AC or furnace looked at.

I got some units installed about 6 years ago and they were great. I then called them to have a split unit installed for my master bedroom. They were able to install it quickly efficiently and with no problems they also offer great value. It’s a small family business so I highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs

It’s been 10 years since I had Aria Climate Systems install my system. And I have to say it’s been flawless. The install they did was incredible and they matched my furnace up with my condenser. I’ve had to do nothing but filter cleaning and the system has worked perfect. Last but not least the functionality from my phone to my house is so user-friendly.
