Air conditioning Las Vegas ... Cool Concepts is who you need to call. Our air wasn't working this morning and it is supposed to be 113! I called and they were out here quite quickly and best of all it was just a small part. The significant thing about this in my view is that I wouldn't know what the problem is ... I just needed it fixed. Bottom line: They are honest and cost-effective. I would recommend them to anyone!

From initial inspection, to scheduling a replacement, financing, and installation was less than a week. Removing and installing the new system was very quick as well, it was shorter than estimated. I would highly recommend using this Company. My AC wasn’t working. I called one company they wanted to charge me over $2000 said I needed to replace a bunch of parts so I called Cool Concepts for a second opinion. I was told by Norm it would cost me $350 To get my AC working again, all it needed was Freon Didn’t need any of the parts that the other company was trying to charge me for

Norman and his crew installed my new heat pump system in March 2024. Once I decided my 19 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced, I contacted Norman, the owner and with in a couple of days they showed up and removed the old system and installed the new system in a day. His team was professional and did a great job. I installed a high efficiency Bosch system which is great for the Las Vegas area. I highly recommend Cool Concepts Inc.

We contacted Cool Concepts on the recommendation of our neighbor who gave them high praise, and we were not disappointed. Our HVAC blower motor had gone belly up, so we called and spoke with Ian, who sent Hubert out very quickly to assess the situation and order the part. They were fast, efficient, and just nice guys. Our unit is working perfectly thanks to Cool Concepts. We highly recommend them!

We used Cool Concepts to perform routine maintenance on our three-year-old air conditioning unit, which had been operating without issue prior to their visit. For the past three years, we had used another company for regular maintenance without any problems but decided to try a new provider.

Immediately following their routine maintenance visit, our previously functioning unit failed, and the compressor was found to be grounded.

There was no proactive communication from Cool Concepts regarding the problem. We were forced to initiate multiple follow-up calls to understand what had occurred. The company's handling of the situation was unprofessional, and communication was severely lacking.

Independent inspections by several other HVAC companies have since confirmed the extent of the damage. We also have time-stamped security footage documenting the timeline of events surrounding the service and subsequent failure.

Based on our experience, I strongly caution against using Cool Concepts. Following their routine maintenance visit, we were left with a non-operational unit and are now facing approximately $2,500 in repair costs. Prior to their service, the system had been working properly without any indication of malfunction.

Our air conditioner failed mid May, not the hottest part of the year but mid 80’s made it uncomfortable for sure. We called Ian at Cool Concepts and he scheduled a tech for the very next day. Dave showed up within the window of time promised, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. Unfortunately, a few hours after he left it stopped working again. I called Cool Concepts after hours on a Friday night left a message and 10 minutes later, Hubert called me back. He asked me some questions and told me he would be there at 8:00 am the next morning on Saturday! Turns out another part had failed on our 20 year old unit. Long story short, I’ve had several positive interactions with Ian, Hubert, Alberto and Dave since and they were all amazing! When it comes time to replace our system, we will be calling Cool Concept to do the job! You’ve got a great crew Norm! Thank you! I will always recommend Cool Concepts!!

They came to service my HVAC unit that wasn’t blowing air cold enough and my electricity bill was coming high but they recharged my system and now had to turn my thermostat up because the air is actually cold. Thank you Faruq for everything!

They serviced my a/c in a timely manor. Couldn’t be without a/c now that summer is here. Gave me piece of mind that it shouldn’t break down for a while. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They poorly installed my a/c unit to where my family is at danger from the a/c unit falling from the roof. I have had 2 companies come out since that have said it was installed completely wrong and I need to get it off my roof before it falls. Do not give your hard earned money to this company. The technician that came out was nice which is why I decided to go with them but the owner is completely unprofessional and pretty much told me to sue him he doesn't care. They didn't even pull the permits needed for this job.

I have been using Las Vegas Raid Air for all my Las Vegas property preservation and remodeling projects for the past several years. My Hester stopped blowing hot air and I called another hvac company and they told me I needed a new unit and it was $8000 so I found Las Vegas Raid Air he came to check it out and told me the only thing wrong was my inducer fan motor wasn't functioning properly he gave me a quote to fix it which was surprisingly affordable. Within an hour of the technician arriving my problem was fixed and my hvac system is blowing hot air again. I really appreciate great service and honesty.. if I didn't look for a second opinion I would of been out of thousands of dollars. I recommend these guys 100% for any hvac problems
