The workers were absolutely phenomenal! They were flexible (my schedule is everywhere) and very knowledgeable and provide details of what they were doing!

Gerald, the AC repair technician, was an impressive professional. He managed to install our air conditioning unit effortlessly and surpassed what I had in mind. During his final checks, he noticed an odd ticking sound. Gerald quickly got to work, opening up the unit and adjusting a screw that was too long, effectively eliminating the noise. The job was executed perfectly in Las Vegas.

Norman and his team were swift in their service, replacing an aging heat pump and thermostat in a property I'm preparing for rental. Their pricing was more affordable compared to other nearby service providers. They promptly started working on the replacement a few days after I requested their services, even taking the time to apply protective coatings. They've been very responsive to all my queries both before and after the installation. I'm very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. I'm also excited about their continued maintenance under the periodic service agreement.

owen brothers heating & cooling were easy to work with. very professional and really knew what they were doing from start to finish. i had never needed ac repair before or dealt with insurance for something like this, and jeff explained every step to me. everything he told me from the first inspection to the end matched what the insurance company said. i had some damage and they replaced my whole ac system. we were out of town during the repair, and everything went smoothly. we have several trees and bushes, a koi pond, and a dog, so we wanted to make sure the yard stayed clean for our dog, the pond was protected from debris, and the plants were safe. they took care of everything we asked for! jeff came by to check that the crew did a great job and kept in touch with me during the day while we were away to update me on the progress. he let me know at the end that the ac was fixed with no problems. i definitely recommend this crew!

Norman was fantastic, providing a clear and thorough explanation of everything. He managed to save us a significant amount of money, in contrast to our previous AC repair service. They had insisted we needed a new fan, compressor, and Freon, even suggesting that we should invest in an entirely new AC/furnace unit. They were quick to send their sales representative to finalize the deal. However, all we really needed was a new capacitor, a part the previous company claimed was in good condition, which only cost us $144! We do have a minor coolant leak, but Norman and his team in Las Vegas will test for it at half the price quoted by the previous company.
