Not quite sure how this guy has a five star review pushy rude not sure he knows exactly what he's talking about and he's kinda a girly man 🤷🏽‍♀️ Left my air conditioner in pieces and ran out of my house because of something my landlord said. Instead of doing the job correctly and putting things back how they were when he came to the job he left everything and now my air conditioner doesn't even work worse than it didn't work before. Wouldn't hire this guy for any jobs.

Albert was terrific! He was on-time, fast, and very knowledgable. He helped us to make great affordable solutions to help us avoid future costly problems. We will continue to use their services. I cannot say enough about how blessed we are to have found a contractor we can trust. We've had other contractors who when faced with the same issue only offered costly repairs with long delays.

I would never trust anyone else with my AC service especially with Vegas heat and having a senior and a toddler at home, I need service that is efficient . All of the service men from Maintenance first that has services our AC units have years of experience and does not upsell services, they are honest and the subscription maintenance services that they offer is quite reasonable. Big shout out to Ray from getting our house from 89 degrees yesterday to 62 degrees in 2 hours 🥶🫰🏻

I had a York unit installed by Albert and his crew 3 years ago. Last week the unit stopped working so I reached out. Had a tech out to fix it but after a the tech left, it stopped cooling. It was unsuccessful due to a bad board and blower motor. After a few days of no AC my unit is finally fixed and working properly and cooling great! Thank you to AC tech Robbie for doing a great job and being thorough with the explanation of the issue. And thank you to Albert and the rest of his staff for the quick response and fix.

I would overall experience was a great one , the process was easy to understand, although from start to finish took longer than anticipated but when you have no AC in 119 degree weather they moved as fast as they could , whose complaining when you got no AC, they hooking you up !!! Grateful for the opportunity to work with this company and grateful for the crew that installed the equipment !!! Thank you

unbelievable!! stanley, the main guy at this heater repair company, is truly one impressive dude. he's out there working hard even on long weekends, letting his team take a break. i called on a weekend evening, and he was there in no time. he didn't just repair my heater, but also gave me tons of useful tips on how to make it run more efficiently. it's clear that he's really knowledgeable and passionate about his work, and the fact that they only charge $29 for service calls - fantastic!! this is the definition of an excellent, local business in las vegas. cheers, stanley!!

I encountered a snag late in the evening around 10pm on a weekend day. I could have opted to take a day off and endured a chilly night, but then... Randall was at my doorstep in less than thirty minutes to sort out my issue and even cleaned my ac unit. It was quite late, but within a couple of hours following my initial call, i had my ac up and running again. He even spared some time to address my queries and assisted me in understanding how the system functioned. There are other companies out there that would charge exorbitantly and the earliest they could make it would be the following day. My call was picked up almost immediately, the service was amiable, cost-effective, and reasonable. i'll always vouch for Hugo Brothers HVAC LLC and continue to rely on their services as long as i'm a homeowner. Working in the customer service industry, i can affirm that this company is a paragon. I appreciate your service.

I can't express enough how much Hugo Brothers HVAC LLC came to my rescue. I was previously dealing with a different company that had installed a brand new furnace and air conditioning system in my century-old home. Unfortunately, the system kept breaking down during extreme temperature conditions. It seemed like its environmentally friendly features were not compatible with my old home. With an elderly father in the house, I was in dire need of a working heating system. That's when Maximus stepped in. He was relentless in his efforts to restore our heat and air conditioning. Over several months, Maximus replaced multiple parts and even liaised with the manufacturers of our original furnace to troubleshoot the issues. This other technician used an hour to find faults instead of cleaning anything. However, Randall spent a good 2 hours properly cleaning the units and found no such issues. We've sought the services of this company before, but my spouse was keen on finding a firm that offered service contracts. That was a big error. I can't recommend this service enough.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service from Hugo Brothers HVAC. My old furnace motor stopped working and the furnace itself was really outdated. I knew it was time for a replacement but kept putting it off, hoping it would last another season. When my heat wouldn’t turn on, I called and Dustin arrived within half an hour to take a look. He explained he could just replace the motor if I wanted, and he wasn’t pushy about selling a new furnace, which I really appreciated. I decided to go ahead and get a new furnace installed instead of just fixing the motor. Dustin ordered everything needed and came back the next day to remove the old unit and put in the new one. The work was done quickly, professionally, and Dustin was very friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing furnace repairs or installation. Awesome job!
