Kyle was very professional, efficient, and kind. He serviced my furnace and made sure it was running well. He asked me if I had questions for him about it and even changed out my air filter. Matthew from Bob’s came out with Alex and did a very thorough and professional job of assessing my units and providing a quote for replacement. This company is a class-act. No dirty uniforms and techs that smell like cigarettes, like I experienced with some other companies. He explained everything very well and provided honest suggestions. I am still considering the quote, but if I move forward with replacement, I cannot imagine not using Bob’s. Well-done gentlemen!
