Daniel came out and did a great job for us. We have been using Bob's for a few years and so far they have been fantastic.

Adan was very thorough with his inspection and service of our system. He went over the various components and their grades. He was professional and pleasant and I look forward to his assistance in the future.

Great work but didn't have my smaller filter. Hopefully they take inventory next time before coming out to do my semi annual on the plan. Used one spare I happened to have.

I had my maintenance check up today. The tech Ron Simbulan, arrived as scheduled and did a comprehensive check up to make sure my HVAC system runs efficiently through the winter. Also includes changing the air filters which is a big plus for me since they are in the ceiling.
I'm very happy I chose Bob's to install my new unit over a year ago.

One of our two HVAC systems went out. No heat, and A/C so old the Freon type wasn’t available any longer. They were the first we went to, then got multiple quotes and opinions otherwise. With Bob’s there was no pressure and they answered all questions I had (a lot) even after a week-long badgering by me about every detail as I used YouTube to become a self-proclaimed HVAC expert. Once I was finally convinced they weren’t selling me anything I didn’t need, I added an item or two my wife wanted and they did the job quickly, on time and as promised. In a sea of seemingly shady businesses preying on unsuspecting buyers in need, these guys are straight shooters who get the job done on time and in budget. I’ll never go anywhere again assuming the ongoing care keeps up, and I have no reason to suspect it won’t.

So far, I've only recieved an estimate (still decidinng) , but Mathew, who did the estimate was highly professional and courteous and efficient in making his appraisal. So far, so good!

We have worked with a few different heating/AC services in Las Vegas, including the one that installed our current system, but Bob's has been the best and, more importantly, the most trustworthy. Kyle came out recently to diagnose an issue with our thermostat and we had him come back to install a new one. The whole process was seamless and more importantly, trustworthy!

Jordan was on time and was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and took pictures of the couple of issues and explained our options. No pressure at all. I've been using Bob's for several years and have been very happy.

Daniel did a thorough check on my heating unit & showed me photos of damage that was causing all the noise & malfunction. He offered a couple of practical solutions & answered all my question honestly without any bias. Due to the age of my HVAC unit, I decided to go with a new unit. He shared the different unit models & allowed me some time to make a sound decision without being rushed or feeling pressured into buying something I didn’t need. I feel great about my choice & just knowing that Bob’s Repair has great technicians gives me a sense of easiness. We bought a solar roof panel system and two new roof air units last summer. These guys do GREAT WORK, can't thank them all enough. Last week they came in, did a little tune up. Not only did they do a nice little tune up, but checked everything for the winter as well. Didn't charge me a dime. Really appreciate all their service. The technician Ron was respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and yet was very thorough. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and with this company overall. I have had excellent service from them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I had an issue with my water heater and called Fred from Bob’s Repair. Fred made it so easy for me and sent a couple technicians out to help with this issue. The technician Jathan & also another team member who assisted (I didn’t catch their name), but they were extremely helpful and professional as well. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in detail, and got it fixed in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great customer service all around. I highly recommend Bob’s Repair and will definitely use them again!
