We used Rapid Refrigeration for our new AC units and moved our outside units to a new side of our house. Not only did he give us a very fair price he was professional, on time, and gave us quality work. I would definitely recommend and use in the future for AC issues and maintenance.

Called them with a minor issue which took other AC units a whole appointment for an estimate. Rapid was able to give me a quote using some pics and me giving them a description of the issue. They were out the following day to know out the issue. Great service with a fast response. Will definitely call again!

This company is awesome - great work, fair prices, they go above and beyond to reach out to you promptly and arrive immediately just when you need them! Rapid Refrigeration is an excellent company. Someone always answers the phone, even at 9:30pm, and is ready to take care of your problem which was the next day. Both my ac units were not blowing cold. The technician fixed it and also identified and fixed other problems. The cost was incredibly fair and very impressive to my friends. I have used this company for over 15 years and would never change!!

Tom Smith and the guys at Rapid Refrigeration are absolutely some of the most knowledgeable, hard working and dedicated individuals I have ever come across. I’m a federal contractor and not only did they come out and do everything they said they were going to do but they did it faster. They truly impressed myself and the BLM contracting officer representative. They will forever have me as a customer and I will do area specific searches just to find jobs in their area because I know anytime they are doing a job for me it will be done right and I won’t have to worry about it at all. Caiden & Tom working together to figure out my confusing situation with my ac shutting off randomly. We’ve had 6 different companies come by and told us everything was fine and there was nothing to diagnose. Caiden professionally came out on time and took great care of me and my family and figured out the issue and found a solution. Ever since then, ac has ran smoothly and the issue before has disappeared. An amazing experience with this company and its team. Also the cost for the repair was better than fair, they were honest and did not waste time.
