As a member of Bob’s Family Plan, twice per year Bob’s provides maintenance services for our AC and Heating units. Also included are the replacement of five air filters each visit.
Technician Ron Simbulan arrived within the expected arrival times and was very courteous and friendly. Ron proceeded to perform his maintenance duties across two different attic locations, following corporate checklist reviews, and supported with photographs of all measurements.
Ron concluded his service with his review of our units with future recommendations.
Bob’s once again delivered on timely, reliable and honest service levels continuing to establish themselves as a leader in the HVAC business sector.
