samuel arrived for my routine ac maintenance in las vegas and i was thoroughly amazed by the attention to detail and effort he exerted on my hvac system. it was clear that samuel truly cared about me and my las vegas home, which was comforting. he even provided me a complimentary service, a testament to the high standard of ac repair services provided.

Erick demonstrated an impressive degree of knowledge and professionalism during our hvac system fix. His approach and the handy text notifications about his arrival time were appreciated. We ran into some compliance issues with the first repair order in Las Vegas, but erick's straightforwardness and comprehension assisted us in navigating and acquiring the required equipment for our area. Erick visited our place and worked on three different furnaces. Two of these units have been operational for more than 20 years and Erick has been carrying out their annual maintenance for quite some time. His work is comprehensive and careful. He doesn't only inspect the furnace, but also checks anything in the house that could impact overall heating or cooling. In our instance, he suggested conducting a carbon monoxide test in all three locations. Not because he was worried about a leak, but because we didn't have carbon monoxide detectors (just smoke detectors) and he wanted to confirm his observations with concrete evidence. He also inspected our smoke detectors, and found one so old and ineffective that the alarm was barely audible. He examined the intake and exhaust pipes and installed new guards to prevent mice or other pests from getting inside. If you're considering employing his services, be prepared for him to spend a fair amount of time at your place. He doesn't rush his work just to get to the next job. He genuinely wants to earn your trust and ensure your safety from potential 'hidden' hazards you might not be aware of. For example, we had a fractured exhaust vent from one of our furnaces and the pipe was broken right where it exited the wall. I mistakenly thought the straps had come loose, causing the pipe to move. I mentioned this to Erick and he insisted on inspecting it immediately. Turns out, it wasn't a loose strap, but a broken pipe, potentially allowing carbon monoxide to leak into the basement. outstanding ac repair service. we had new ducts installed, a new furnace with a whole house humidifier and air scrubber, plus mini splits put in upstairs. the team, jonah and erick, did excellent work. the person who gave us the quote was really involved from start to finish and super friendly. we got quotes from other places but chose armstrong brothers heating & ac because of the great service. we liked jonah and erick so much that we asked them to handle another job for us later. we have two small kids at home, and with all the work being done, their sleep was a bit off. one morning, i was trying to sleep in while they were working upstairs. my daughter was about to wake me, but the crew said to let me rest—they wanted to make things easier for us and had other tasks they could do. that was so thoughtful. they really went above and beyond every step of the way. i highly recommend this company.

What really caught my attention was how he honestly suggested just rewrapping the loose sections of my ducting instead of a complete replacement. This advice saved me thousands. He didn't try to push for unnecessary replacements or sell me anything, even when I asked about replacing the ducting and outdoor unit. I called for heater repair when the heat stopped working in my home. Jonah and Samuel arrived early in the morning and quickly figured out that the issue was a broken exhaust motor.
