From the first phone call with Randall, who was super friendly and helped us schedule a quick appointment, to Maximus, who came out the next day to check on our old heater. Maximus was very polite and explained everything clearly. At first, it looked like our heater might be fixable, but after Maximus inspected it, he let us know it was time for a new unit since ours was really old. He went over three different options for a replacement and helped us understand each one. We mentioned that we were heading out of town soon and asked if the installation could happen while we were away. Maximus made some calls and confirmed they had the right heater in stock and could start the installation the next day. Our sister-in-law was able to let the team in, and she said both Dustin and Randall were very professional and easy to talk to. When we got back home, the new heater was already installed and working great. Everything went smoothly from start to finish! Got a great experience with the sales representative

Having owned and operated Nevada's largest bed bug removal company, purchasing equipment from Sunbelt and having a positive rental history with Sunbelt, I hate to write a negative review on this company, however, I will let you know that the E Craig location is Managed by someone I would never hire. Michael Becker must have had a bad morning. I reserved equipment online, paid with a credit card and when my employee approached him to pick up the equipment, Michael treated him like he was dirt and refused to rent the product. As I was on the speaker phone, listening to the unprofessionalism from Michael, I was shocked. Had he been employed at my company, he would have been fired on the spot. He has zero customer service skills and I have never experienced this with any other locations. Michael cancelled our order because it was paid for with a credit card. His excuse was that he has too many thefts at his location and he refused to rent 1 spider box to a long term customer with positive rental history. I am appalled that I am now being categorized as a thief.

Michael! Take a Customer Service course. Take time to review your customers rental history. If you are worried about theft, take a deposit! Spider boxes retail for less than $500. This situation could have easily been avoided allowing me to perform the job I had scheduled, saving you from the call I put in with your Corporate and saving your company this negative review.

Bottom line, if you need to rent, use Ahern Rental. They have more equipment, I have never been treated like this with any Ahern employee and the same box I was going to rent from Sunbelt for $61.00 is only $35.00 at Ahern. Save yourself money and deal with a more professional company.
