Meet with Tom Smith about adjusting my freezer in my pizzeria very nice guy told me he would be back soon with the part to take care of the freezer. Since then I have called him many times over the last three weeks and not heard back from him or the company. Freezer still not working right. Would like it taken car of please.

I’ve use Tom Smith on many occasions, he’s done thing like taking care of my heating, Air conditioner, he’s done so many odds and ends of things around my house and outside with security lights and etc.
He’s fair on his prices, he’s responsible, he always looks neat and clean, and very respectful of your property.

A tech named Tom came to my parents house to diagnose an AC issue. He came over promptly, provided a very fair price, advised them that he did not have the part in stock. Tom gave them a very reasonable expectation for when he can get the part (24 hours), came back and fixed the issue.
