They did a great job. I needed a new outside unit after my old one failed. They walked me through the whole procedure and answered all of my questions. They were very honest and transparent. They could’ve sold me in much more than I needed (like a certain ghetto company with a dog mascot tried to do). Especially with an expensive purchase that no one wants to buy.
