I had a recent issue with my thermostats not connecting to the units during our on going heatwave here in the desert and was beyond thrilled that Robert sent a technician, Manny, out the next day. Manny explained everything to me since I have no knowledge of HVAC systems. Heavenly Air was referred to me by the contractor who put my units in and I'm grateful for that. I will now contact them for anything I need in the future.

Easy to schedule an appointment with Kyle via text; Manny showed up in the 3 hour window and fixed the problem with my switch on the roof unit at a reasonable price for the part, time and labor plus the service call rate. Several other companies insisted I needed a brand new unit for tens of thousands of dollars. Thank you, Kyle and Manny and the rest of Heavenly Air Conditioning and Heat.

Great experience. Technician was great and fixed the problem. They were out right away when I called and the price was very good. I highly recommend Heavenly Air Conditioning and would use them again any time!

I am so grateful that Heavenly Air was able to respond to a last-minute request to inspect my air conditioners to determine if they needed to be replaced or repaired. The previous day I had another air conditioning company come to do a yearly inspection. At the completion of the inspection, the tech advised that one of the condensers needed to be replaced, and several other issues, but recommended replacing both units with a cost of $29,500, including the discount. After recovering from sticker shock, it was recommended to contact Heavenly Air for a second opinion.

Manny responded and inspected both air conditioners. He found that the condensers and/or the unit did not need to be replaced at this time and both were running well. It was such a relief. I requested and was given an estimate for any future repairs. I am so glad that Manny saved me from making a very big mistake. I will be recommending Manny and Heavenly Air to all of my friends.

Our air wasn't cooling and I was looking for recommendations through a Facebook neighborhood page and was referred to Heavenly Air Conditioning. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly , the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fair pricing, on time, I would definitely recommend.

Kyle and his team are absolutely incredible. Manny arrived even faster than expected and was sharp as can be in assessing the issue with our system and applying the corrective actions in a very quick manner. Manny was supremely professional, smart and a pleasure to work with in fixing us up just in time before a long holiday weekend!

Doing business with Heavenly was "heavenly" from start to finish. I had an a/c emergency and called them ON A SUNDAY. Their tech was promptly dispatched and arrived quickly. He diagnosed the problem and got my old a/c limping along to cool my house. He then explained the issues and gave me my options. I chose to go with a new unit and they put me on the schedule for Tuesday. The crew arrived on time and very quickly had the install finished and wonderful heavenly cold air once again blowing in my house. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you Manny for a wonderful job, thank you Heavenly A/C for wonderful service.

Ashame a freaking rip off

Terrible service! The manager is a highly unprofessional individual. They are thieves as I had money go missing and of course they deny it. Also they are prejudice and only hire a certain type of look

They don’t replace simple things they want to replace costing more. They are worthless don’t hire them

I had my water heater replaced by BFS. They did an outstanding job! Their customer service is excellent! Would highly recommend.

They provided service quickly but even though I have the best home warranty this company offers, they still found a way to charge me $250 for my "covered service" since they considered replacing the water lines from my water heater to the house an "upgrade" even though I did not request for anything to be upgraded but rather just replacing the same parts that were already there but with new ones.

We have had this company for a lot of years and we were happy but lately things are not covered that we need like the toilet and he said it would probably cost us $300 when all we had to do was go buy something from home depot.

This company should be a hard pass they DO NOT COVER anything I paid upfront and every time I call them they NEVER cover any repairs. I will NEVER USE this company again and I have told my relator that referred me to STOP giving out this company he is hurting is reputation. I don't care what there lame response will be BUYER BEWARE!

I've had BFS for 3 properties in the LV area for many years and they have been very responsive to issues that they've been called for.

I had the higher middle package, and anytime I’ve called they will say that’s not covered. I understand something may not be covered, when I ask how it can be taken care of. They will say we can send someone out, whenever they do that they just look at the problem you already know exists, but charge you just to confirm it, and not fix it. I normally don’t even write reviews, so yeah do not recommend at all.
