I contacted Ideal Services regarding a plumbing issue at approximately 1:00 AM. Kyle responded promptly and professionally, addressing my concerns and arranging a convenient appointment. He arrived before the scheduled time, effectively repaired the main line at my property, and the system is now functioning optimally. I found Kyle to be both friendly and professional, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ideal Services for all plumbing services.

Ideal Services plumbing technician changed the filter cartridge on my water filtration system. He installed it upside down leaving me with no water shortly after he left and carelessly tossed the excess water containing chemicals on my asphalt driveway. This left a stain. Despite calling the office to have the plumber return, no one called me back. I called in a competent plumber who found the cartridge had been installed incorrectly. This was the most simple of simple jobs. Although the company refunded the charge to my credit card, they have not addressed the damage to the driveway and are ghosting me. Before you hire them, check the NV Contractor’s Board website for their licensing status. Wish I had done that. Should be a zero star post.

I recently had a tankless water heater and water softener installed by Ideal Plumbing Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rafael and Yair were professional, friendly, and highly skilled from start to finish.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the area spotless, and took the time to explain every detail of the new setup. The installation looks clean and precise, and everything is working perfectly.

It’s rare these days to find a team that combines expert craftsmanship with genuine courtesy, but these two nailed it. Highly recommend Ideal Plumbing — and especially Rafael and Yair — for anyone who wants the job done right.

Had an emergency with my water heater leaking in the garage and called Ideal Services. It was super easy to book an appointment with them, and they gave me a great price. They sent out Freddy the plumber — he did an awesome job installing the new one. Now I’ve got hot water again! Everything went super smooth with this company. Highly recommend them!

I had water in my garage and couldn't find the source. Googled for leak detection and called this company. I was thankful they could send someone that day. That's as far as good service went. When Aaron B got there he didn't have the best attitude. He checked the water meter and had me turn on a faucet and then turn it off. Looking at the meter he told be I don't have a leak. OK, but where is the water coming from. I explained the situation to him and he just seemed annoyed. I pretty much had to push him to try to figure out what was going on. He ended up cycling my water softener. I opened the door from the garage and saw water flowing in the laundry room. The hose wasn't reaching the drain so water was going all over and running into the garage. His recommendation for repair was to take the cabinets down and rip into the wall. That seemed pretty extensive (and expensive) and kind of scammy so I told him that wasn't happening and I'd call the company who installed it. The other plumbing company came out and in less than 10 minutes put an extension on the hose so it went into the drain. Problem solved! I wouldn't trust this company for any work.

I’ve been helping my sister with her house remodel. The plumbing was a huge problem (kept getting clogs!). Aaron has helped us with everything from the estimate through the end of the repipe. Highly recommend Ideal Services to anyone looking to get plumbing done at a fair price

I happened to come across Ideal on Google, and VERY glad I did. Had Aaron and the team come by and do some extensive, long-delayed work replacing/repairing the pipes in my house. They’re finishing ahead of schedule. Very pleased overall with their work and customer service!

Kyle Pomale was our technician and he was amazing! He was timely, polite , and informative. We had a massive blockage in our pipes that he was able to flush out. Although, it was not cheap ($1,900- failed snake, successful hydro jet & scope) Kyle got the job done in a very professional manner. If you use Ideal Services definitely request Kyle Pomale.

We had tons of work done over about a month and couldn't be happier with the work done. Aaron was the lead and he explained everything thoroughly at the beginning, kept us updated during the project, and brought an amazing team! This was my first time with Ideal, and I definitely plan to stick with them in the future.
