I been using this company for some time now.I am contractor and deal with multiple different companies being i work on homes..This company since the very 1st time has been very professional, honest ,and fair with there prices..Would definitely highly recommend..Its hard to find honest good people nowadays..If you are looking for quality and professionalism , this is definitely the A team on company choice..

You really couldn’t make a better decision than to call APC for your HVAC needs.
This year I purchased 3 cooling units from APC.
Not only are the installed units working wonderfully but let me tell you about the installers. They strive for excellence every time they do an installation. The guys are professional and polite.
So far I’ve purchased a furnace, a couple of air conditioners and my newest mini splits (fabulous) along with regular maintenance in several of my homes.
Why do I keep calling APC?
BECAUSE INTEGRITY IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND THEY BRING IT !

I just wanted to come on and Thank Don and his guys at APC. I called them this morning with an AC Draining Issue. Dom himself was there a couple hours later and solved my problem. Since first dealing with Don when he installed our new unit last year, he has been nothing but responsive, professional and is very knowledgeable when it comes to anything to do with HVAC Systems. His guys are just as professional. If you are looking for a new unit or just maintenance, you can't go wrong with Don and APC. I will never use another service as long as I live in Las Vegas!

The two technicians that serviced our A/C were friendly, informative and professional. They never 'talked down' to me but explained what the issue was and showed me the failed parts. Will be sure to contact APC in the future.

We have used APC for years for our air conditioner. They always come, even if it’s in the dead heat of summer . All the technicians know what they are doing and handle our air conditioning with respect and care. They will take pictures to show us what they found and will recommend a solution to fix the problem. I highly recommend them ! They have never steered us wrong. They can pretty much fix all your kitchen appliances as well…

Damien called to let me know he was on his way. A lot of techs never seem to do that. He showed up on time. He explained everything he did and was going to do. As I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer that is no easy feat.

The warranty company recommended APC to me. Prior to my experience with APC, there were multiple instances when technicians did not arrive as scheduled to service my washing machine, resulting in continued water drainage onto the floor. APC responded right away and arranged a technician visit for the next day. Damian arrived punctually and demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and expertise throughout. They have followed up multiple times to make sure everything is running smoothly and to check if I had further issues. I would recommend APC and use them in the future.

Technician Damion is absolutely the best. I always ask for him. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable.

We called APC on a Monday morning because our icemaker had frozen up. They sent Damien out that day and he was able to diagnose the problem and order the part. He was been able to make the repair on our refrigerator the next day and it works great. He was very personable and kind as well as knowledgeable about what he was doing.

Dr Don to the rescue again! Our adventure started with a 20 year old system that finally gave up with the recent heat. Don has always been there for us and this time was no different. He worked with me to diagnose next steps and ultimately we determined a new unit would be required. His connections and installation resources got us fixed up in no time at all. He oversaw the install and made sure our unit was working perfectly before he left. I would recommend Don and his team to anybody for HVAC repairs, service, or new system installations. Dr Don and APC do it the right way the first time! Beat the heat and give them a call!

I contacted the company about a loud noise coming from my AC unit, and I was incredibly impressed by their prompt response — a technician was at my home in less than an hour. From the moment they arrived, the team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

Always my fist call for all my appliance issues. They’ve fixed my dryer my oven, my oven door, refrigerator seal…..they’re just awesome. Honest, punctual, hardworking. Couldn’t say enough good things about them.

The technician called and said he would arrive a little early, which was fine. The young man was personable and professional. Once I explained the symptoms of my Maytag washer, he quickly diagnosed the issue (faulty shift actuator), replaced the part, tested it, and was done. Everything you would want from an appliance repair company.

I’m 72 years old and in good health. I maintain my pool and yard and fix things I know how to fix or can figure out from YouTube. But in this case the symptoms could have been several things and I didn’t want to waste money on unneeded parts. I called APC on a friend’s recommendation.
The bill was $245. The OEM part is available online for around $50, which means I paid close to $200 for the tech to pop in a part and test it. I watched him the whole time and estimate he was here less than an hour.
I understand time is money and things are getting more expensive all the time. I also get that most people in my age group live on fixed incomes. I would have been fine with $145, basically a $100 markup over the price. But $200? That means I cut back in other areas.
I would love to be a repeat customer, but APC, as good as their work is, has priced me out of the market. If I have an issue with another appliance or my AC, I’ll have to ask friends who they like to use.
It would be great if APC could offer some sort of senior discount, but I know they’ve been around a long time and have a set way of doing things.

From the start, our experience with the service technicians, Service Manager (shout out to Don) and office staff was always professional and courteous. Our initial business with APC was with the Parts and Service Department when trying to keep our original 30+ year unit to the bitter end. When the time came to buy, we did our homework and APC checked out with the BBB of Southern Nevada. Their impressive 50 year record of doing business in Vegas speaks for itself. APC had installed a new Eco-Temp dual pack (a/c, furnace) rooftop unit in the spring of 2024. We most appreciated their no hard-sell or disingenuous need to oversell us something. Honest work by competent professionals and expedited service. In short, they earned our trust and continued business. I would recommend APC to family and friends.
Over a year later, APC delivers with excellent customer service for routine maintenance to keep our new unit running smoothly. Thank you to Fernando and his crew for their courtesy and professionalism.

I've used APC several times. They've kept my 25yr gas fireplace running. Very clean work. On time and trustworthy.
