I have used APC twice now to troubleshoot problems with my fireplace and two different homes. They have done an excellent job both times. They found the problems and were able to fix it on site immediately. I highly recommend them and would use them again myself.

The technician did an excellent repairing our dryer and also cleaning the dryer vent. He showed us how much lint was stuck in the vent and how to keep it clean in the future at reasonable price.

I called APC on Monday and asked for someone to come out and check my washer. The female that answered the phone was friendly and asked me what the problem was,the brand of washer and serial number. She set an appointment for the next day and explained to me the technician would call me prior to arrival.
He called me 15 minutes prior to arrival just like promised.
The technician was friendly, checked the washer, explained what was broke and gave me a quote.
He answered my questions, showed me the broken part and then showed me the new part so I could see for myself what was broken. Not for 1 second did I feel being taken advantage off . He charged me $295 to exchange the broken pump for a new pump.
Considering that someone tried to charge me $250 to change a water faucet , the pump felt like a win . Him moving my washer, open up the back and front, cleaning the door seal for me exchange the pump, putting everything back and giving me a bottle of machine cleaner was well worth it.
Btw. I have a front loader.
So yes, I will use them again , if needed.

Timely - called prior to appointment and arrived in scheduled window. My concern was if the dryer should be repaired or replaced. The clothing dryer - at least 10, possibly 15 years old, would not even power on. Don tried to reset it. He explained the mechanics in a way that I understood it, and was up-front about the extent of the issue, so I was able to make an informed decision. In the end, the best option was replacement. I appreciated Don’s honest assessment and will call APC for future appliance needs!!

After a month of excuses, delays, wrong diagnosis and runaround by our recently purchased home warranty service plan, it was a pleasure to deal with APC. It was like having the reliable customer service of years ago when dealing with an honest repair company. Our call was made just before the weekend and Damian and Jesus arrived Monday morning, found the problem right away, repaired our oven within the hour and the price was right. Needless to say, we are switching all our maintenance over to APC.
