First experience came out same day to fix my A/C in the middle of summer when there was a shortage, it was after hours. Finally replaced system this winter and there were multiple obstacles with my attic and existing wiring but they took care of everything, explained everything clearly, and wrapped up quickly.

Skyler fixed the air duct problem that eight other contractors couldn't manage. He was efficient, helpful and professional. Would absolutely go to him first next time I have a problem.

Recently had two systems installed and due to a bad service I decided to have another company come out for a summer service, not expecting anything wrong since the units are brand new. Well I was out for a big surprise, advantage air reused my 20 years old disconnect boxes and wires, they pried off the 2x4 wood from the roofing leaving me with a roof that is not water proof, the outdoor coils are all banged up and the air transition has a gap of 36”x2” sucking in hot and dusty air from outside and blowing out cold air on to the roof. As of right now I am still waiting for my warranty and paperwork on the unit. And the city inspector have not come out to look at their installation.

Advantage Air has excellent customer service, easy to get a hold of, quality work, friendly staff and very affordable pricing. This is one of the best companies I've worked with. This company is also great to use if you're in facilities management, they understand net terms, timing on emergency work orders, check in and check out as well as the communication and pricing agreements. This is a super company for businesses and facilities management.

We noticed our home was not maintaining the correct temperature we had set on our thermostat and were worried our ac was failing. After I was given an 8 hour window for another company to come out, I decided to call Advantage Air. I found them here on google and saw they were near my home. When I called I spoke with Skyler and he told me he was at the grocery store but would make it out to me within an hour. He arrived on time and solved the issue we were having within a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

I called Advantage Air to get a second opinion and boy am I glad I did..i originally called Goettl because I fell for their commercials. Goettl said I needed an entire ac unit ($14,000)..I then called Advantage. Skyler came out immediately and fixed my unit for $200.00. My unit runs perfect now. If you want good, honest, reliable ac/heating service don't hesitate and call this company...i will never call anyone else again for my ac/heating . Advantage will be getting my business everytime..

Skylar is the BEST!

Skyler replaced my complete HVAC system, minus the duct work and registers, with all new components, indoors and outdoors, the whole enchilada with a new water-cooled Freus split 3+2 system (the old one of 25 years already paid me back many times over, and because that's what I wanted). He installed all of it, brought everything up to code, installed and fixed the electrical, remounted both attic units, craned/lifted out the old compressor from the pad outdoors - basically everything and passed inspection the first time. Attention to detail just as if I did it myself. That was three years ago. Today, everything is still tight and right, running flawlessly. I wouldn't hesitate for 1 millisecond to call him again. The only problem with his business model is that his work is so good, he doesn't have to come back out to re-repair anything due to his top-notch workmanship.

Update 2023: The main water-cooled Freus unit failed and the small New Mexico based manufacturer went out of business. Not Skylar's problem, but he did step in and offer to assist with me with filing a claim against the manufacturer for at least the parts needed to restore the unit but it was a lost cause. Skylar then proceeded to quickly get my HVAC repair back on-track with new top-of-the-line York equipment and in no time flat, we had cool air again. Thanks Skylar.

Their slogan “We fix it right the first time” is true, they do! I used Advantage Air to fix a freus unit, a complicated system that most ac companies won’t touch. They did a great job on that plus they cleaned the unit for a reasonable price. Quality work, fair prices and trustworthy would be a good description for Advantage Air. They deserve more stars.

Very professional, reliable, and reasonably priced for a/c and furnace replacement. Skylar takes the time to walk through the details and features of the new unit. They set expectations on the timeline of the work and got the job done within that time. They were transparent about any barriers and were very considerate of our household. Would recommend them to any one of my friends or family.

Repeat customers for all of our homes. First was one of the condos and now our primary residence and two new 5 ton units! Skyler and his team are always on time, knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, and very neat as they cleanup everything. They answer questions and show you how everything works. Pricing is so fair too. He keeps it real. Really love our new smart thermostats and how we can control the AC when not at home.

Incredible customer service from Advantage Air and Skylar. Always on time and a thorough professional with a great work ethic. Good old fashioned customer service. He helped by explaining and showing what was needed to be done to correct issues with replacing a 20+ years old AC unit on our condo. Very accessible. If you got his voicemail he'd call back ASAP. He got the job done quickly while having to work around the AC unit shortages from factory shutdowns because of Covid-19. Fair and reasonable pricing in comparison to the many other companies in town but believe he was a step above and beyond the others.

Will refer him to anyone we know seeking HVAC work. Will definitely call him when the AC needs done on our home.

Absolute stellar experience! Upon move in it was noted that our AC unit was not running properly.. or almost at all. It being summer had me a little worried since I have a 1 year old.
Advantage Air came out promptly to look over the product, did not try and just resolve the issue with a bandaid and was very honest about the need for a new unit. They ordered the parts and once they came in the immediately set the apt to repair. There was no hassle, there was always super effective communication so we always knew what was going on, and they worked diligently to get it repaired... and to add on they were super friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire time they were here.

I called Advantage air for a 2nd opinion. I was told that I needed to replace a part on the AC unit. And to do a Duct Cleaning. Skyler came, looked at it and said, 'nope your don't need to do anything". That to me is an honest man. He could have said, yes, and made a lot of money. Instead he told us the truth. I would recommend Advantage Air in a heartbeat.

Recently hired Advantage Air to replace entire home HVAC system soon after we bought the home. We installed a new 5 Ton and 4 Ton heating and cooling system (complete system). SERE ratings on new units were 16 and 17. I found this company on Angie's List and liked the reviews. The owner, Skyler, is professional, punctual, and the work got done right. And, the York systems he installed have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Think about that...anything goes wrong with this system, I pay nothing until after 2030! Call Skyler and get your system checked out before it gets hot. He will take care of you!

My parents AC died in the middle of a hot streak (110's) and I didn't want my 92 year old father to try to get by with fans while we waited for someone to fix it. All the AC companies were busy, including Advantage, but Skylar came out the next day and confirmed what we expected, that we needed a new one. The whole system was over 30 years old, but he gave us options including seeing if just replacing the AC unit would work, or if the interior blower also needed work/replacement. There was a shortage of this size of new units in town, so he had a manufacturer's rep bring one from a nearby state. My parents stayed with me while the work was done, and I know that Skylar was putting in long days, 7 days a week. He said more than once, and showed, that the elderly are a priority in this weather, which I really appreciated. We replaced the blower also, so now we have a completely new system and won't have to worry about something breaking down any time soon. His prices were good and he and the crew were very professional with us.

Advantage Air is the best Company I have ever had for my Air Conditioning and Heating needs. A few months ago I needed to replace my entire HVAC system at my house so I gave Skyler at Advantage Air a call. They came out that week walked me through what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote soon after. We scheduled an install date and before I knew it, I was enjoying a brand new HVAC system. I have stayed very cool the last few months no issues with my new system. They do great work, highly recommend them.

Skyler is such a great person ! He was extremely knowledgeable about my York System. He showed me all the areas within my home that my old AC was not providing adequate air flow and cooling. We replaced my old York system after 25 years, and I had a new system installed. I chose York because it works best for hot climates. Skyler and his family were so helpful. I was having issues with my heater this winter. I called Advantage Air and spoke to Skylar and he quickly made an appointment to come out. He was courteous and efficient in his diagnosis of the issue. He was able to quickly repair and reset the heater. If you are looking for estimates to work on or replace your equipment Advantage Air is a must! We got 3+ estimates for replacement and Skyler was hands down the best from estimate to installation to follow up. Replaced both a/c units and furnaces. Skyler was open and honest the entire time. Continuously showing and explaining what he was doing. He has worked with other members of our family and was a referral from our real estate agent.

Skylar and his team came to replace several HVAC units it my home. The units were all 20 years old and he was able to upgrade us to York units that have much greater efficiency.

The install did take some time but that was because Advantage Air was focused on a detailed oriented correct installation. Skylar included me with updates every step of the way and I always felt that I knew exactly what was going on.

The result is outstanding! My home now has significantly better heating and cooling and the equipment is much more quiet and efficient.
