Bob’s is the best. On time, clean up after themselves and very reasonable. We found them after another company left us high and dry. Only sorry we didn’t find Bob’s earlier.

Adan is the tech guy that checked on my heating and cooling unit. He works professionally. He checked the unit system and the other unit on the other house. Every technician guy I encountered in Bob’s Repair Aircon are knowledgeable about their work.

I bought a complete HVAC system (AC/Heat) from Bob’s which they installed and provided a 2 year maintenance plan . Adam was excellent as he answered all my questions and addressed and resolved everything.

For some reason the techs decided to access my rooftop HVAC/AC unit from the front of home stepping on 30 year old tile all the way up and over to back of home instead of using the shingle access path on roof in back

I called this company to ask a simple question about my AC and the call was disconnected mid-conversation. I waited to see if they would call back, but I never received a return call. As a homeowner dealing with an urgent situation, reliability and communication matter. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.

Kyle did an amazing inspection on both my HVAC units. The other company I had come out found a whole list of repairs and replacements. Kyle was real honest as a said you don't need those. Based on his honesty and professionalism, they begin working on my systems tomorrow for work I wanted (air quality devices). I'll be using Bob's again.
