Adan gave me a heads up when he was on his way which I appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and went right to work. He worked tirelessly trying to discover my issue which he found. Always pleasant and professional going into the attic several times, which was not fun. Informed me of my problem, took a picture of it & showed it to me. It was a rare one. Luckily he had the part in his truck, replaced it and checked everything to be sure all was working properly. Always friendly & professional! Thank you Adan!!

Kyle came out as promised and was very detailed in explaining our situation with our heating unit. Even though it wasn't the news we were hoping for, it was honest and straightforward. We felt like we were treated fairly.

Bob's Repair crew came out and added more insulation to my attic. They did an excellent job and I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up after the work was completed. I also received an email with before and after photos. As an added bonus I can take a tax credit for the home improvement.

This is my first time using this service, they were excellent! I just had a furnace tune-up. Daniel was really nice. Explained all of his pictures to me and was very polite. I would highly recommend this company, I feel as though they are very trustworthy.

You can never go wrong with Bob’s AC and repair. The tech (Daniel) arrived on time and was thorough with his inspection of our Casita Heat Pump and home units which were covered under our maintenance plan. Highly recommend Bob's for HVAC work. We had a new HVAC system installed during the hottest period of the summer - 108 degrees - and they did a great job. Since it was so hot, we didn't test out the heater, so they came yesterday to do a maintenance, change filter and check out the heater. Very professional and as I said, I'd highly recommend.

Daniel came out and did the winter tuneup of my system. He explained what he was going to do and showed me pictures afterwards.
He did a great job and was in and out in no time. Thank You Daniel.

Ron the technician was very professional and very thorough in inspecting my Trane furnace. He was also very neat while performing his inspection. Bobs repair has been great ever since I bought my new HAVC system from them earlier this year.

The technician Jason was professional and courteous. The service was for heating system inspection and tune up. He identified an issue with the system and mentioned that he would talk to his company about coming back out to fix it. I honestly thought it would be forgotten, and I would have to call Bob’s again to schedule the repair. Not at all, I received a call back within 2 hours and they expedited the repair schedule. Very happy with their work past and present - 5 stars

Kyle is the best! He has been our service person from the start. We purchased two new furnaces and A/C units so we are all set for our retirement years and Kyle kept in contact with us through the whole process. He came out for our 1st service to make sure everything is running smoothly and we’re ready for the change of seasons. Can’t say enough good about Bob’s and the service they provide.

I wanted to give a review of the excellent experience I had with Matthew Mims. For starters, my job involved engineering analysis. I had to relocate a return vent and add length to said vent in the ceiling. Matthew proved he was up to the challenge! I got professional advice and a focus on problem solving…not a hustle to make a quick sale. A real pleasure to work with someone who knows his business and is customer focused. My strongest recommendation!

Daniel was a pleasure to have checking on my hvac system. I have the family plan & the winter maintenance check was done. He was professional & efficient! Very thorough! It was a rainy day & he even brought shoe covers to protect my floors. Very considerate. I would definitely recommend Bob's for your hvac needs.

From scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service, everything with Bob's AC was seamless. They sent a reminder, and the technician, Ron, called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was extremely professional and respectful of our home. He completed the furnace and AC tune-up with great care and explained his findings clearly. It's refreshing to work with such a honest and reliable company.

Ron was prompt and professional. He put the little shoe covers on to come in and check the brand new HVAC I had installed several months ago
He was on the top of my roof for over half an hour checked all of the wiring and everything and said it's fine.. part of my contract so there was no fee I appreciate it have a great day

Victor knows what hes doing! He is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to details. Dont let his age fool you hes definitely someone you want to trust with your Hvac Duct and insulation. People dont realize its serious stuff and when it comes to your HVAC and safety.

Choose the ones who have good reviews and take the time to explain it to you and work with you without trying to rob you in price. Every company needs ot be profitable, and i get it I called out 3 other Hvac companies and got three quotes.. ranging from 16k to 6k and Bob's was the most reasonable with the best reviews. Im super happy 😄 know im in good hands. 👍 they are now my guys to call.

I bought my AC unit from Bob's in mid-2024. They did an amazing job installing it. I bought the maintenance package, and they come twice a year to change air filters and check the system. I always request Jordan, because he's so knowledgeable. I learn something new from him each time he's here. Instead of brushing off any questions, he breaks down the answers and explains things in a way that I understand. I really appreciate that. He's also friendly and very personable. I can't recommend him and Bob's Repair highly enough.
