I would give 0 stars if it was available. They called us last minute to schedule an appointment, we said we could try to get them in, and we had one of our guys stay late on a 14 hour day to accommodate ac hero, and then they took 4 hours for what they said would take 1 hour. And then they complained about us trying to help them. Would never recommend working with this company.

No showing, reschedule and more rescheduling. Then pretend they didn't no show, but they rescheduled. I honestly don't get how there are such good reviews. I decided to go with someone else after the third reschedule. Thanks!

I live in a rental house. The A/C stopped working on one of the recent 100+ degree days. I called my management company and they had an A/C Hero repairman, Javier, out the next day. The repair took about an hour. Javier was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Great service!

Within 1 hour of calling at 5pm I had a tech at my house. He fixed everything very quickly and was clear about what he had to do and pricing was reasonable.

Not impressed they were unable to fix either of my AC units said my condenser was frozen even though I told them I haven't been running it for it too freeze over. My second unit had a cracked housing where the motor attached. tech said he couldn't repair it. Got charged 150 dollars for my air to not get repaired or even diagnosed properly
