My AC stopped cooling yesterday. I called Mr Sani today and asked urgent service. I was scheduled for 12 pm. Hector showed up on time. He fixed it in less than half an hour. He changed capacitor. I am happy with fast service and quick repair. I recommend this company for everybody.

This company is fabulous! I used them twice so far. Once to move an air return, and duct from the bottom wall to the ceiling, and also to fix my heater. This will be the only company I trust for my A/C and heater needs. They are swift , reasonable, and most of all HONEST!!!! Thank you Captain AC !!

This is at least the 3rd HVAC company I have used over the past few years here, and this one is by far the best! Hector is an awesome guy: hard-working, honest, and knowledgeable. I felt taken care of in both of his visits, and he was able to diagnose a problem that two other companies couldn't. He also explained everything to me in clear terms throughout the process. His communication and invoicing are also top-notch. Overall, I can highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Hector, their lead technician is a well experienced A/C technician with experience in various other handyman projects. I will admit, my install of two completely new units, compressor and furnace, did not go 100% smoothly. We had issues due to the extreme Las Vegas heat, the design of my attic, and a newer tech they were trying to bring on to train.

HOWEVER, even after paying a day or so "early" before the install was complete, Amin and Hector were NEVER out of reach by phone, they continued until the job was 100% complete. Even on the weekends!

Hector went above and beyond ensuring even the cleanup went smoothly after a few mistakes were made, correcting errors in the install and paying, out of his own pocket, trusted companies (who also are related to him) to come in and clean, repair, and leave my home better than they found it. -- Then he came back to ensure it met his high standards.

Not to mention, AC Captain beat most other companies in Vegas by a mile when it came to the price of my install.

AC Capitan is a small and newer company, but they get by through pride in their work, and ensuring their customers are 100% satisfied even after they get paid. They will not leave you stranded, and I now have a network of people who I will call on for all of my home needs, all of which have the same high standards that Hector holds in his own work.

Our old AC failed as temperature reached 116 F, they took 3 trips over, including one bringing us a window unit for overnight; then at 6 am next day everything started going great guns! And with a competitive price!

My AC went out and my home warranty AHS denied my claim due to reason is electrical. The tech they sent diagnosed power surge caused damage to unit. Recommended $12K to replace. I called around and found several but they all charge service fee. Called A/C captain and then a technician Gerardo. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, explaining patiently and did some tests. He gave me two options: repair or replace but he didn't emphasize the replace option. I opted to fix, they ordered the part and came the even though it was already late. Gerardo worked through the dark and windy weather , finished, tested and everything worked. Thank you A/C captain for a skilled technician.

WORST EVER!!! Andre the tech gave a false insurance claim report to my homeowners insurance, causing them to turn down my claim and then further lied to them Stating that he returned the $75 estimate charge. He kept the money. Thank God I was able to convince my company to send out a different company and my claim was subsequently approved. DO NOT USE!!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair! I could tell this was a company that takes pride in their work. They arrived on time and even came in with shoe covers, such a thoughtful touch that showed respect for my home. They reinstalled my old air conditioner with a new one and also made completely new air ducts in just 3 days.
