Cactus Air came out to my home and serviced my A/C Unit they scheduled me right away and Alex arrived on time and was professional. He changed the motor on my unit and had everything back in working order in no time at all. I would definitely use them again for all my A/C needs in the future.

Prompt service day after calling and diagnosed the issue as bad run capacitors in two units and some loose screws.

I've lived in Las Vegas for 45 years and dealt with many companies. This company came gave me a fair bed a fair price and did great work. I highly recommend them for anyone especially in Las Vegas with this heat.

In my opinion, this company is the best when it comes to getting out on to the property and solving the problems. The folks who work at Cactus Air are always courteous and professional and give a great deal of quality and peace of mind for a very fair price. I am a property manager and have never been left waiting more than a few hours before one of their technicians arrive. We keep them busy and they can handle whatever we throw at them.

Jose from Cactus is my go to. He is always responsive, on time and does great work. He has helped on multiple issues. His biggest challenge was to solve my problem with my teenagers being on the same AC/Heater system. My son wanted his room at 68 and daughter wants 74. Jose designed and implemented a solution to make them both happy. Integrity, Service and creative. My dog agrees!!!!

This is by far the best HVAC company in the valley. I have used them for many years not only for my Property Management company but for my personal home. They are honest and fast. In Las Vegas it is brutal without AC and contacting Cactus is such a breeze and we had little to no down time because of how quick they respond to work orders. 1.5 years and still no warrenty paperwork, no returned calls the first 3 months after a new AC unit was installed. Thought they where my friends.
Found out the charge more then most in the area.

Very unprofessional.

All I was told we will get it to you, still almost 2 years later I still wait. So a new unit with no paperwork, no warrenty no nothing.

This unit may have s story to it....
Very disappointed with them. I would recommend other options.
