We have use AC HERO service for AC unit installation and AC Unit part replacement. They have been helpful answering questions about our concerns with our AC Units.
Respond to text and calls promptly with estimates and other inquiries, as well as being flexible with us in regards of pay dates.
Roberto came to do the replacement of a part of AC unit, answering our questions and he was very polite.
He replaced our old thermostat and company did not charge as a courtesy, which thought was great.
We will be definitely keep doing business with them, as well as recommending them.

My unit was making noise and then the AC wouldn't cool the house past 85 degrees. Hector came and took care of us, he went up to the roof and now we are ice cold. Thank you AC Captain!!
