called and a technician was able to come out the next day. nice young guy. unfortunately the problem i was experiencing wasn't happening when he came. it has changed from a sound to the unit not cooling. he found a part that looked slightly damaged and i approved him changing it. unit began cooling again. was okay the next day. day after though the unit had completely shut down. unfortunately i was heading out of town and wasn't able to call back until the day after. it was a saturday afternoon. no answer. left a message. next day still no call back. i called about 30 times through the morning and afternoon. answering machine claimed that they were open but no one ever answered the phone. i had to call someone else.

Came and repaired our AC as soon as we called!! Very friendly and made sure it was fixed quickly. Highly recommend them!

My very old a/c unit broke down on an 110 degree day. They had a tech to my door the next morning to diagnose. Since my unit was 24 years old it was time to replace— which was MY decision! No pressure or hard sale. They quoted me very competitive price —they beat all the quotes I got from other a/c companies last year! The install happened within a few days, pretty smoothly. AC Hero is amazing!!! I’m a REALTOR here in Vegas and I’ve referred them to at least 6 different clients of mine. They’ve always responded immediately to my clients and their work is impeccable. I will honestly testify that Roberto from AC Hero and the company he represents in the valley are fantastic. My experience with AC shops in Las Vegas has been riddled with groups that want to overcharge and mislead customers. I had two other shops come to my home and tell me I needed to spend 4K to 24K on my AC. Roberto was meticulous and detailed orientated. Roberto tested all of my components individually for proper amperage and inspected my split system and found no real issues. Very sweet and knowledgeable and most important honest. They came the same day the AC went out. They spent less than 2 hours assessing the problem and fixing it with supplies they had with them.
