Above and beyond, Honest, reputable and professional. A rare trait in today’s customer service experience when it comes to home repairs. My experience with Bob’s Repair was impeccable from start to finish. From talking to JC, their foreman, to calling their live customer service, to meeting the crew Alex, Jordan and Coleton. They were professional all the way. They explained the whole process and the work was superior. I can’t thank them enough for replacing my old air ducts and cleaning our AC and heating units at a super reasonable price. I recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Adan showed up on time, promptly performed the maintenance and maintained a professional demeanor and great attitude during the visit. Have nothing but good things to say about the techs and staff at Bobs Repair. So far they have installed new Trane HVACs, a Solar Power System, performed complimentary duct cleaning including the dryer duct, and added insulation to my attic. All services and products were provided at very competitive prices. The staff also is very knowledgeable and not tying to push unnecessary items to raise the cost. I have no hesitation recommending this local Las Vegas shop over other pushy national companies. Wrt the technicians, everyone that has come to my house to perform work has been professional and courteous. Bonus is they have close ties to a local roofing company. We definitely made the right choice when selecting Bob's to do this work in our newly purchased home. If you are on the fence trying to choose a company to perform any of the work I described here, choose Bob's. They are honest, do great work, will treat you with respect and won't try to rip you off.

Ayad he is a professional technician. My ac compressor fail the day before and he came out do an inspection and diagnostic the problem within minutes. He offered me a great price for the new unit and it is a top brand too. He explained all the details, providing follow up tune up and making sure all my concerns was answer. Thank you very much Ayad. We had a new air conditioning system installed in late summer. Great service and worked perfectly. I switched over to heat and heat would not come on. I called for service in late morning and they came to replace the thermostat within 2 hours. Great customer service and friendly. I now have heat in this cold damp weather. Thank you.

My AC unexpectedly stopped working. I was referred to Ayad with Vegas Air Pro. I called him and he immediately answered and was available the same day.

He arrived at the time we agreed on. He was extremely thorough and very respectful of my home by wearing shoe covers and placing furniture blankets down underneath his ladder.

He diagnosed the issue and luckily had the repair parts available to complete the repair on the spot.
