Had them come out for a service call. Price I was qouted was cheaper than other places I called. They did a great job. Would definitely reccomend

Due to an error, ONE DROP received a negative review from AHS which was attributed to me. ONE DROP PLUMBING is the only company that took care of the problem in quick time. Technician prompt, professional and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. Hire them, they are great.

Boris has had to come twice to take care of our plumbing issue. I will not use any other plumber. He is the absolute best!!

This company is the one that my warranty company sent out. I have been waiting almost three weeks for a part, with no follow-up or follow through. I get the same old run around story each time. I am so disappointed with the service. What is going on with your company its obvious you don't care about your customers and the word of mouth they will give about your service. Ridiculous!!!!

The crew was amazing! Good price and they even worked around my work schedule. I had a whole house repipe done. Highly recommend this company.

Never dealt will more professional and great people. While I was out off town flying he came to house diagnosed my problem and gave me options to fix it, I called them on a Saturday and water heater removed and replaced in less a 24hrs. I can’t speak highly enough. They have earned my business from now on.

0 stars. Called to have leaky toilet and the bathtub slightly continues to run. The day so called technician came, before I could even get home my wife is calling me, that plumber left and the bath tub water is on full blast and she can not turn it off. Luckily my son was able to before I got home or the house would have been flooded. When my wife called direct number to plumber he used profanity and hung up on her. Very unprofessional.

Boris is my hero!!! Something happened with my hot water heater and I couldn’t find anyone to come out right away until I called One Drop Plumbing. Boris showed up the very next morning to checked it out. (It was broken) He was able to remove my old tank and replace it with a brand new one in record time. He also disposed of my broken tank and cleaned the area. I really couldn’t have been happier. Hopefully I won’t need any plumbing fixed but if I do I definitely will be calling Boris at One Drop Plumbing!!!

I needed a water heater replacement recently and One Drop Plumbing gave us the best price and we’re able to get the job done the same day. Dante and Dima were very helpful in giving us information and finishing everything quickly and leaving it clean. I am very satisfied with the job they did and couldn’t recommend them enough!

We have a 1.5-year-young house, but somehow the bathtub faucet cartridge went out. We were out of our warranty but these guys came through with a quick visit despite being after hours. They completed the job after the parts store opened in the morning and charged a very fair price.

After the first call of them coming out I tried to see if the plumber who did the work for the builder would be able to complete the job and if any of it would be covered under warranty. They were rude, not as knowledgable as One Drop and wanted to charge more than 2x the price.

Came in clutch. One drop Plumbing was able to provide next day service for kitchen sink stoppage perpetually delayed by my home owner's insurance contractor. Arrived earlier than quoted and issue was resolved within an hour.

I was recommended this company through a friend and I’m really glad I used them. The team was overall friendly and helpful. I have a tendency to do a lot of research before hand so I had an idea of what might have been wrong and roughly the cost. When my technician came out he was super polite when I explained what I thought was wrong. I genuinely appreciated that especially being a female, I’ve had some people shut me down right away. After my service he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it, which was great. And the cost was perfect!! This company did an amazing job, I will definitely us them again.

One Drop Pluming was great. I worked with Boris he was very helpful and explained what was going on. Went out of his way to help me with the water softener that was full of salt and very heavy. I would not be able to move it without his help. Went above and beyond. He is very professional, and kind would use again and recommend to anyone friends and family.

These guys were very honest and attentive to my situation. Pretty crazy that going straight to these guys instead of my home warranty which i pay a premium for ended up being over $300.00 dollars cheaper. Very happy with this company and for me and my family honesty goes a long way . Called 8am and had hot water by 2pm same day.

The owner of this company was driving his truck and honked at my for changing lanes in front of him and then honked again as he cut around me to get back in front of me. He then zipped around and in front to the next lane like he was showing off to get away from me, or something. What kind of professional does this? Clearly he forgot he was representing his company by being a road raging driver for no reason, literally none, per the several people diving with me in the car. I would be careful procuring work from someone who behaves like this in a vehicle. I would not want someone with temp problems handling my plumbing needs in the sanctuary of my home. I would hate to see how this man, Juan (who is the owner of this company I found out), would react if someone challenged the work he did.

Great plumbers! A friend referred me to them and I’m very happy he did. My hot water heater stopped working and they replaced it the next day at a great price. Service was excellent, I highly recommend.

I’m not happy, I had this company come out Monday, and misdiagnosed my hot water heater, they got it back working for 8 hours then it turns back off. (which I told them it was doing) So they came back Tuesday to say it needs a part, then they finally get the part on Friday. So then Saturday rolls around and then they tell me it’s not the right part. I’m livid, they were here 3 times and can’t even fix it. They wanted me to wait till Monday and then try to order another part. And I’m thinking for what? So I can wait another week?? And btw I have a bad skin infection from a spider bite and I need to shower and I can’t here. We haven’t had any hot water for 6 days now, and these guys could care less about really fixing the problem. And the guy who came out today and left, we noticed he just left the gas on!!! And they left these wires like this! I’ve had another plumber come out and say how dangerous that is. I wasted my money and time, I’m not going to wait again hoping that they can get it right. It’s ridiculous.

I had the displeasure of having to deal with this company from my home warranty service.
I had a simple issue, my kitchen sink faucet had come loose.
I expected them to replace it but was informed all I needed was to have it tightened up which was fine.
A few days later my wife informed me that our reverse osmosis unit was not working.
I tried to call them and they never responded, so I called my warranty company and they reassigned this repair to them but they refused to come out claiming I was trying to get my vanity faucet fixed.
This happened three more times and they continued saying it wasn't on the ticket and was a vanity faucet. My warranty company reassigned it to another plumbing company who came in and asked me what was wrong? I explained that the reverse osmosis unit wasn't working after the previous plumber tightened up my kitchen faucet.
The new plumber said I bet the other plumber turned off the reverse osmosis unit and forgot to turn it back on.
The new plumber open the cupboard reached down and turned the round button on the side of the reverse osmosis unit and everything worked great and has ever since.
Think twice before using this company directly or through a home warranty plan.

This company made my life so much easier.
I had a water heater failure and had no hot water for a few days. Called them in, explained the issue and they scheduled next day diagnostics. Tech Uros who showed up provided amazing customer service. He submitted replacement request and was able to fix it within the same day. He was knowledgeable about the issues, responsive, showed up on time an explained the process.
Highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

One Drop Plumping
“Customer Satisfaction” is what we were looking for and it’s what we got. In 48 hours One Drop Plumping replaced our water heater, water softener and water filter system. They also replaced and fixed the holes in the wall and installed a Laundry Tub and faucet system. On the 3rd day they removed and installed our new kitchen sink including new faucets and new disposal with in-sink on/off buttons. Thank You One Drop Plumping for all your Professional and Courteous Service. Hats off to all who were involved with our project.

Wonderful and quick responding company. From the phone call at 3:45 to having a great employee Juan showing up and fix my “clogged toilet…more than just a clog” was done by 6pm. Everything was “cleaned up” and explained thoroughly and no complaints. Will call them again going forward. Also. They were recommended by 4 other households in my neighborhood.
