Water softener connection, joints problems.
I was unable to establish a good connection between the main input cooper tubes and the valve bypass input-output.
The problem was that input-output bypass unit was not at the same height as the two cooper tubing. Thus exerting extreme pressure on the two joints when forced in. This, in turn, was guilty for my garage to be changed in a swimming pool three times. Miguel fixed the problem height and the fix seems working. Good job, so far.

We had a fire and needed to check all the gas appliances before getting it turned back on. Miguel P. did an awesome job of checking the appliances and even found some slow small leaks we didn’t know about in our furnace & oven! Would highly recommend Miguel as well as the company for coming out on such short notice.

I had a major issue with my sewer main at an older residential address. Broken pipes in multiple areas with roots in them from prior, poor landscaping. I have used so many plumbers over the course of 3+ years to try and resolve this problem. Each one had only made the issue significantly worse. When the repairs failed most recently, I received numerous quotes from local plumbers. I believe I have spoken to every plumber in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. I went with Hydro Plumbing because the workers who provided the quote were extremely professional. I could tell they cared about the quality of their work down to wearing booties in the house as to not track dirt inside. The work was completed today. The state inspector came yesterday and said it was the best work he's seen done. The inspector said it was hard to find a good plumber in this city and to keep Hydro's contact info because the work was incredibly well done. The inspector said Hydro's pricing was $10K LESS than a typical quote for the work I received. I'm overjoyed to finally have my sewer issue resolved in such a professional way. I was not an easy customer. I was very paranoid about receiving more bad work and borderline stalked the workers as they worked. They were all beyond gracious with me and answered every question I had. I'm very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much, Jordan, Luis and Aric!

They have a good review that’s why I called the company. Right away I got the schedule to replace the water heater. Richard was very helpful and friendly and explained the details of the job. Definitely reccomend the company.

I wish I could give this company a zero, that's what they deserve. Hydro was hired by our company to complete a small TI in Summerlin. The toilet they provided and installed along with the waste line piping was found to be improperly sloped for proper drainage and the pipe bands were leaking causing damage to the suite below. Saul Jimenez the owner was contacted and he refused to dispatch anyone to address the repairs. We were forced to hire another plumbing sub to handle the repairs and correct all the improper work completed by Hydro.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I called to have a tankless water heater installed. They were able to start the next day. Their quality of work was excellent from arriving on time to sealing all holes with putty( silicone?) as well as jobsite cleanup. I'm now the proud owner of a tankless water heater system. Thank you!

We needed to replace the tank bolts and flush valve mechanism and went to shit off the water to the toilet. The shut off valve broke, it was old. Has to call for emergency service. Miguel came out and did an outstanding job. Such a polite and pleasant person. Miguel replaced the shutoff valve and we were all set (and could turn the water to the house back on)..

NOT RECOMMENDED. I set an appointment to have a plumber look at 2 drains that were draining slowly. The company refused to give me an estimated price range to clear a drain in advance of arrival. This was clearly done so I was locked in for the $79 show-up fee for the plumber to look at the drains and tell me within seconds that it was $574. What a joke and a con job, they would never collect that $79 if they told me their unreasonable prices in advance. Don’t make the same mistake I did, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have used Hydro plumbing in the past and had a good experience, so we called them out again for our leaky sink faucet. Richard came out and replaced the faucet. He was professional, proficient, and fast. We will use the Hydro team again.

Great company and very fast response. They reached out to me immediately following my quote request. What I liked is that they sent a pro plumber (Dustin) to review the work on-site, at no cost, in order to ensure an accurate quote. They subsequently provided a quote by email with electronic approval, making it very simple and easy. The appointment was scheduled by me a week later, and Dustin arrived promptly and jumped right in, literally. I had already dug the hole and Dustin cut the old pipes and installed the extensions, 90’s and the 4 risers. Dustin should be commended for his efforts. I took it from there and assembled and installed everything else myself. Took a long time to complete as it was a complex project but without Dustin’s help I would not have been able to get this started. Overall great customer service, timely work and competitive pricing. I strongly recommend HPI, and while I hope I never need more PVC work, I would definitely hire Dustin and Hydro Plumbing again.

Awesome guys for sure they both have great personality’s along with good professionalism they are the perfect example of what are community really needs and what any company should be vary humble down to earth easy going guys super easy to talk with and they don’t just bullshit you they just lay it out like it is witch is a trait that’s rare anymore .hope to see this company grow to it’s fullest and stick around for years to come !!! Aric was great. He got the toilet back to working order and replaced all the corroded parts. He did an awesome job.

Fantastic experience with Richard and Eric. Aside from completing their work in a timely fashion, they were neat in cleaning up the dirt they displaced when digging up a valve to find a leak. Amazingly, when they were unable to complete a job, they said "they didnt feel good about charging me for it" and did not. Nor did they try to upcharge me for uneeded services. And when I asked about a specific thing another plumber had suggested, Richard was upfront and honest and said "I wouldnt recommend doing it now." When is the last time you ever heard a plumber say that? I can't recommend Richard and Hydro plumbing highly enough. Will definitely have them back for all my plumbing needs. Honesty and fairness go a long way in securing customers. Ten stars.

Hydro gave me the best estimate for installing my water softener. Aric showed up on time ( a little early actually) was very personable and performed the installation efficiently. I have used Hydro before and will again in the future for my plumbing needs.

They came in and saved the day after I received an outrageous quote from a different plumbing company. I was impressed with how quick they got here and got to work and they were able to fix what the other company couldn’t for a fraction of the price. I trust these guys and will be using them going forward.
