Take it from a retired plumber. I was really impressed with Hydro plumbing and the equipment they use. I had root intrusion in a 2 inch washing machine drain. They used state-of-the-art equipment to first camera inspect define the exact location of the problem. Then Aric cleaned out the pipe using two different types of machinery. A chain knocker that pulled all of the root material out. Then a commercial Hydro jet system to scour out the pipe. A unit on a trailer not something that you buy on Amazon. He finished with another camera inspection and locate of the place the root came into the pipe. Turned out to be a piece of rebar that was damaging the pipe during construction 20 years ago. well, worth the investment.

12-29-25 had Aric from Hydro Plumbing out today to fix several issues. Was another good experience with Hydro Plumbing. Would recommend and utilize again.

Our water heater tank was replaced with a tankless version.

Same day, Hydro Plumbing was able to send Richard to look at the problem right away. He was very kind and didn’t pressure me on what to choose soon as he gave me options since our tank was due for replacement after 6 years.

After discussing the pros and cons, I didn’t hesitate to invest on the tankless option. Though pricey, it was worth it.

Later, he was helped by Fernando who also works at Hydro Plumbing. Cool guy and professional as well. Both of them didn’t leave the job until it was fully finished which was around 10pm.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Still highly recommend! Excellent service for the 2nd time!

We had a leak shortly after we moved into our house. We didn’t know who to call, but they were recommended. Bobby came out quickly and resolved the problem. Just had him out again for an estimate and as always, very professional, yet warm and friendly and found the problem quickly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend

HUGE shout out to Aric L. In Las Vegas who did an outstanding job at replacing our hot water heater. He is quick and efficient, knowledgeable, stayed in excellent communications with us during the process, he was pleasant, and displayed an abundance of respect towards my home and family. Hydro plumbing in Aric did an excellent job quoting, bidding, and completing repairs on a hot water leak in our cement slab.

While, other plumbing contractors wanted to re-plumb our entire house at the cost of $30,000 plus, Aric and Hydro plumbing agreed to a reroute for the fix at 1/10 of the cost.

Be very wary of plumbing contractors that want to re-plumb your whole house when a fix would work. I said to them if you had a broken cable going to the battery in your car, would you rewire your entire car? They even said no, we wouldn’t…. In the end, they lost the contract .

They did a very good job on the repair and I asked them to plumb in a hard water line along side of our soft water lope so that we could have our whole house water filtration system installed. We also asked for a soft water system and they provided a Clack unit, which we are happy with. They also respected the property and put plastic booties over their shoes and put paper/plastic down everywhere they worked.

We have used other top notch, plumbing services in Las Vegas, but Hydro plumbing is every bit is good as they are and very cost-effective.

For any future plumbing needs we will use Aric And Hydro plumbing again.

Contacted Hydro Plumbing after washer delivery people refused to deliver because the hose connectors were badly corroded. I called Hydro and spoke to Aric and he arranged to come out within 48 hrs. They arrived as scheduled. They installed new outlet box, fittings and hoses. Completely cleaned up after themselves plus some extra. They were finished in two hours. They were very professional, example wearing shoe covers to protect our floors. Will definately call them again if the need arises. Recommend!

I needed a water heater replaced and I was fortunate enough to have Ricky assigned to do the job. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service again from Rickie! He was prompt and pleasant. We just had a hot water heater flush and he did the job in an efficient manner. This is his third service call with us and all were performed in the same excellent manner. Definitely our plumbing company for any future needs!!!
