OMG!! I don’t think I can say enough fabulous things about this company. Zach came out diagnosed. My problem took care of it. So nice so professional I would give this company 10 thumbs up and 10 stars if I could. I had my sewer line jetted. I had a different plumbing company fetch tech. Tell me that my main line was cracked and it had to be dug up. Zack came out. No my sewer line is not cracked. Nothing needs to be dug up just jetted and it’s beautiful.

Replaced 2 toilets and a pressure valve coming into the house.

Perfect. The plumbing has never worked this good.

Will definitely have them back for more projects.

Zack and Kyle were great! I needed my washer valves replaced and they were able to come the same day to replace the valves and did it within 45 minutes. Zack was also kind enough to explain the issue with my toilet tank refilling and gave me multiple options to repair it. Thank you Zack, Kyle and Nick (owner) for being honest with me. Nick and Zach are both knowledgeable and experienced. When we had an emergency with a busted pipe outside, Nick answered our call around 6 a.m.- he calmly walked us through how to stop the water and sent Zach over the same day. Not only did Zach repair the issue, but he left it even better than it was before. We've relied on On Time Service Plumbing and the owner Nick and his sons and other employees for all of our plumbing needs for the last three to four years, and we've always had a satisfying experience. They are knowledgeable, diligent and professional in all that they do, and I can almost always book them within a day or two. The latest issue was a leak caused by worn-out piping under our kitchen sink and Nick and his son (also named Nick) came over right away and fixed the issue promptly. On top of that, they are very friendly and personable. And they will always advise you of the full range of options for any given problem so you never feel cornered into doing something unnecessary or too expensive. All in all, they are awesome with a capital A!

I have been using On Time Service Plumbing for over 5 years after being overcharged for services from other companies in the Las Vegas area that did not even deliver the services to my satisfaction. Nick is on time and is on top of things. He is reasonably priced and has many other contacts in the area if you need work outside of his business.

We woke up to water damage from a leak in our fridge supply line. They were super quick to come out and were incredibly helpful/friendly. Ultimately there wasn't anything they could do since it really wasn't a plumbing problem but they took it upon themselves to call a general contractor project manager and got the ball rolling fast.

This is a family run business and they are very professional, honest, have reasonable prices and do great work. They helped me out with emergency service for a leak that happened at 2am. Their expedited service saved my house from flooding. I highly recommend them to everyone!
