Nick was on time and very nice .He did a wonderful job for me .Very nice and friendly.He redid the hoses in the wall and to the washer . Put in a new dryer Vent duct ! He did a wonderful job and went over and Beyond !!

DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.

They were fast responding to my request. Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definetly reccomned if you need any plumbing services!
