I needed an anti-siphon valve + pipes replaced. Nick was extremely timely with responses and gave me a quote instantly after I sent pictures. There was no beating around the bush. They were transparent and honest. Nick Jr came to my house the next time and did a great high quality job at a reasonable price.

My toilet was broken. Really broken. So I knew we needed a full replacement. We called yesterday and Nick was here today to get it squared away. First off, I just really loved his attitude and demeanor. He was friendly, clean, engaging, and professional. We had a few unexpected surprises, but he handled them like a champ. I will always call them for my plumbing needs. As a contractor, I have worked with dozens of plumbers in Vegas. I strongly recommend this company. On Time Plumbing has replaced the toilets, water heater and water filter in our house. There prices are fair and well under the more corporate plumbers. Their work is excellent and timely. To top it off, they are nice people!!!

Excellent service for our water pipe leak in garage. Nick arranged for mold remediation and quickly repaired and improved our piping. Even fixed an outside hose bib at no extra charge. Coordinated paint and drywall and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Zack and Allen were awesome. They replaced our anode rod and flushed our water heater for maintenance. Good thing we did. See pics attached. I love how they are brothers and family owned too. Super nice and punctual 🙂

Outstanding service. I was dealing with a leak and Nick was out promptly and fixed the issue. Nick also coordinated the restoration company to come out and not only evaluate the damage, but they are also dealing with my Insurance company witch has taken the burden off of me. Nick even gets in touch with me to see how things are going with my repairs. a+++ company and I highly recommend.

My initial call was for one older toilet and shut off valve replacement. Zack's work were so clean, quick, and prices were so fair, once my wife saw the work, she said we must have the same toilet in our primary bathroom. Zack was initially going to help us repair the 2nd toilet for free but we ended up replacing two toilets, he also looked at my other sink issues in the house, gave me quotes in an email, including having to drive back to his shop to pick up the 2nd toilet, all done within 3 hours. I have used many other companies, On Time Service is definitely my favorite, I will definitely reach out to them for all my plumbing needs from now on

I couldn’t recommend these folks more highly. They worked over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays at our home to make sure we were up and running for the holidays. I definitely recommend On Time Service Plumbing to anybody who needs plumbing services. I had my sink garbage food disposal replaced recently. One of the technician name Nick came early before the alloted time the promised this awesome dude completed replacing my sink garbage disposal with ease, fast and meticulous, and he left no messed behind exceptional character and work ethics.

Nick and his son are who I will always turn to for my plumbing needs. They are dependable, fairly priced, and I trust them to do superior work! My Kohler faucet was replaced with a new one and it was a tricky job. Did a water heater flush while here as well. Hard to get people you can trust who are polite and professional in Las Vegas. I was still living out of state and was communicating with Nick through text. He was amazingly thorough and about his craft. Nick also provided different work options and had a network of drywall folks that did a splendid job. Not to mention he had to coordinate schedule with the painter of the home.
