I find it unusual that a company, who advertises emergency 24 hour service, could not provide us with a service call for our broken water heater for almost three weeks. A water heater spewing water and a complete lack of hot water for daily use must not constitute any level of emergency for this company. Don't waste your time calling them. They clearly only want your business if you are a major home builder in Las Vegas.

Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing

Raptor Plumbing is experienced and reliable, you can count on them to do the job right. They are knowledgeable and dont rip you off by trying to sell you services you don't need. Their staff is friendly and experienced, I would recommend calling Raptor for all your Plumbing needs.

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

I was so impressed with the professionalism of Raptor plumbing. They replaced all of the toilets in our house. When we first called concerned about some leaks they came out right away to assess the situation. Thank you Raptor. I will refer all of my friends to you.

If you have any plumbing issues this is the company to use. This is my second time using Raptor Plumbing and they were amazing both times and fixed all of the issues we were having. Disregard all of the negative reviews. This is the plumbing company to hire, thanks again!

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words" We didn't do that pipe". So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

DO NOT USE THIS CO. I purchased a new home 5 years ago and had drainage issue since purchase costing me thousands. Finally the issue was discovered. A drain plug had fallen into the pipe and was left in there. Raptor plumbing would not take any responsibility and wanted to charge me to evaluate and to fix the issue. Horrible customer service,

my hot water heater went out and I gave them a call. They showed up two hours later with the water heater replacement, and finish a job within two hours. A++

Mark was great! He did a very thorough inspection and we narrowed down the culprit of our water temp issues. I feel this company and their people are honest and provide great service.

Excellent plumbing contractor. Anthony and Frankie were awesome. Explained everything they were going to do ahead of time and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Made sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended for any plumbing repair.

Raptor Plumbing gets a 5 star from me.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!

Raptor Plumbing was beyond professional, courteous, timely and knowledgeable. They identified and fixed my plumbing within minutes and the price was LESS than I expected! I will definitely be using them again!

I can’t speak highly enough about Raptor Plumbing. My water heater broke while I was out and I came home to a garage full of water. They were prompt and helpful. This is the best family owned plumber in Vegas. They are honest, reliable, and fairly priced. The technicians make sure to be thorough and clean. They were on time and made sure to keep me in the loop on everything they did, I appreciate the transparency they have, that you do not normally get from other plumbers. I could not recommend them more!!
