This company is the best pluming company around. You can trust them to find the problems and to repair it .water wise plumber are great also ,I have met a few of them and one of my favorite is Sierra ,she knows her stuff. He came here on time,did the job a minimum amount of time and also educated me on some things that should know

We had the pleasure of meeting Shane as the service consultant/repairman from Water Wise Plumbing. It seems as though he found the issue with our water heater. He checked everything humanly possible in order to repair the unit. He spent a bit of time on the Heater and was able to conclude a few things with the heater. He worked on the entire unit by making adjustments, thoroughly explaining what was what, as well as what to look for should the issue(s) arise again in the near future. Fortunately, the unit began operating properly as soon as he replaced a gasket that had over have of it missing. Thus, explaining the burn marks, darkened viewing window and allowing sensors to operate properly. He completely drained the system three times, and every time it operated as it was supposed to without shutting off. I am so very Grateful that Shane was the HVAC technician that arrived to do the inspection/repair. Shane also mentioned that if we had and issues in the future to contact his company. There was another sensor he was concerned with, but for the time being… is working. Again, I am MOST GRATEFUL that it was Shane that came out to do the actual repair. It appears as though the gasket installation was installed incorrectly during the manufacturing process. I am SO STOKED that Shane found the issue almost immediately. He did explain what and why he was doing various things to the unit, while he was here. Trust me when I say this: WATER WISE & Shane their technician was able to get everything back up and running running. Shane also cycled through drainage of the tank three times to ensure the sensors were working, and causing the PowerVent fan to also operate properly. I personally feel a bit more comfortable sleeping in my home, and not worrying about the house burning down. A BIG THANK YOU to Shane, and to Water Wise Plumbing for hiring Service Technician’s that are Most Adept, such as Shane. Thank you Shane, and Water Wise Plumbing for everything!

Ricky was great! Very professional! He was quick, and very thorough. It was the best case scenario for the disposal, we thought it was much worse than we anticipated. After a few different tactics, he unclogged the glass and got it running smoothly. It was very easy to schedule with this company, and they were on time during the window they gave!
Will 100% use them in the future if needed.

I received excellent service from this company. My plumber Shane was a pleasure to talk to and knew his trade very well. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. By the time he was done, I felt like I had made a new friend, and my issue was fixed.

Ricky was on time and communicated everything going on. They originally installed our water heater and it went bad so they did a replacement warranty swap for me. I had to pay for labor due to it not being covered but all in all happy with the overall experience.

Mike was very professional, great attitude, and I felt confident that he would get the job done. He extracted our old round toilet with a new Kohler elongated style with ease and cleaned up very well. A spotless and excellent visit. Would recommend and use Water Wise again. Ricky was friendly and efficient. I appreciated his time and making sure he can come back on Friday to complete the job once the part arrives over night. I have know Darren Miller for over 20 years. This is when he was starting out. He installed a tankless water heater before they were the way to go. He did a great job and very professional. He can be trusted and he takes pride in his work. Give him a call and you will have a master plumber for life.

Ricky came out today and installed our new sinks/faucets and they look great! He was on time and did a great job! Very friendly, and helpful and efficient. Thank you Ricky for another job well done!

Water heater leak check by Shane. Sometimes you experience an individual who immediately comes across as highly professional and knowledgeable. Shane assessed our water heater, checked for gas and water leaks and explained exactly what was going on with it (do-show-tell)! Besides he even had time to chat and crack a couple of jokes. I felt completely confident that we could continue to use our water heater after this visit. Even though I don’t hope that I will need a plumber in the near future I will definitely call him again.

Shane arrived at my house and was a professional and began working instantly. He made sure to get my hot water heat replaced and up and running as quick as possible. (Warranty Replacement) He was very friendly and task driven. I hope I don’t have a need for a water heater any time soon but if I do have a plumbing issue I will be calling Water Wise Plumbing. Shane from Water Wise was professional and quick. I wish Water Wise manufactured water heaters so I could just deal with them directly about the water heater but even though they were contracted through the manufacturer, the two people who had visited our home and helped us with the heater has earned my trust and I have saved them in my phone if I need future plumbing help on any things I am unable to do myself. Thank you Shane, and thank you Water Wise.

Shane was quick to come out the same day I put in a request. He did a detailed inspection on my water heater with a drain and flush. Very professional with explaining to me what is being done. Highly recommend Shane at Water Wise Plumbing.

My hot water heater needed to have it’s gas control unit replaced under warranty. The warranty company contacted Water Wise Plumbing to do the work. Shortly thereafter Tanya from Water Wise called me and told me to give them a call as soon as the warranty replacement part arrived and they would schedule the install. Once I received the replacement control unit I called, and Tanya offered to have their plumber come out that day. Since I was in meetings I asked if he could come the next day and Tanya set it up.

Shane Peeples from Water Wise arrived right on time and checked out the water heater and replacement control unit. He told me what he was going to do and then did it perfectly. He prevented any water from getting on the floor as he did the replacement and had the hot water heater fully up and running quickly.

Both Tanya and Shane were most professional and made me feel like they valued me as a customer. I will certainly consider Water Wise for any plumbing needs in the future

UPDATE: Needed Water Wise way sooner than expected. Yesterday my hot water recirculation pump started leaking. I called and spoke with Tanya in the afternoon and she scheduled Shane to come out first thing in the morning. I sent images of the pump so that Shane could hopefully come with a replacement.

Shane showed up at 8 am with a replacement pump and proceeded to install it. We now have operating hot water and no leaks. Shane did an outstanding job again!

Service is 5 star. Fast and courteous. Price was super reasonable. I'll definitely call them if I need any kind of plumbing help.

My husband contacted On Time Service Plumbing last night after finding them on Yelp. The owner got back to my husband immediately and got us scheduled for someone to come to our house the next day to fix our toilet.

Jay arrived 10 minutes early (MUCH APPRECIATED, as my experience is most plumbers are running late), he was friendly and prepared! It was nice he brought foot booties, especially since my house just got cleaned yesterday.
Jay was able to fix our toilet and install all the new parts needed.

When he was finished, I asked him if he could take a look at my water spigot and give me his professional recommendation on an ongoing issue l've been having.

Jay is reliable and trustworthy so I'll be using On Time Service Plumbing to also get this issue resolved!

Had a bad toilet flange and a new toilet to be installed along with new water line fittings. Zack did an excellent job! He was very personable, polite, and easy to talk with.
