This was the first time I called Hydro Plumbing Inc., but the technician, Richard, was very professional and detected the water leak right away. Thank you so much. I'd recommend this company to anybody!

The service was excellent. He showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done before I agreed to anything. He fixed everything and had me examine it before he left. Very polite and professional. I have him on speed dial.

Great experience with Hydro, contacted them early in the morning. I received a notification with a time window. They arrived before the estimated time. Very happy with the service, they took care of the issue very quickly and did all of the warranty items for me. Will definitely be use Hydro next time we have an issue.

I’ve used Hydro Plumbing in the past for smaller jobs and recently had them replace our water heater that was leaking late on a Saturday evening. Richard was at our home within 30 minutes of my initial call and got right down to business. No surprises, no gimmicks, no sales job, just straight facts and his recommendation. Price was fair and there were no other “gotchas” along the way. Richard was well prepared, very polite, meticulous, and worked his tail off to get our water heater replaced within a few hours so we could have hot water again before bedtime. Thank you again Richard, and Hydro Plumbing for taking care of us so quickly!

I had my Rinnai tankless water heater serviced for an annual flushing and descaling. The process took about 45-60 minutes. Richard was my technician and he did a great job. He kept the area clean, answered all my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything. I thought he was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The price was as quoted and came in at less than other competitors. I will call them again next year.

Aric was very professional and personable. He even called to ask if he could come by earlier than scheduled, which I agreed to.

He confirmed my educated guess on the problem, and explained the steps involved for the actual repair very clearly.

He then provided a detailed estimate with what was more or less what I expected for a repair cost.

I have used Hydro before and will again. Great and timely service at reasonable rate. This time I had Philip Lampkin do the work and was very happy with finished results.

Philip has been AMAZING during this main water line replacement process. He has GREAT customer service skills and makes sure you understand the process from start to finish before moving on to the next task. Philip's patience and understanding helped me as a customer get all my questions answered in a way I understood and felt comfortable with moving forward with the process. This man needs a raise or to be promoted. He made me a customer FOR LIFE.

The Hydro Plumbing crew responded promptly to my request for a water main leak. Richard and Juan explained what might be required and answered all my questions. Although HP was on the higher side of estimates, the professionalism and can-do attitude of the crew led me to choose this company. The work was started promptly, and I was told exactly what they were going to do and about how long it might take. The crew began the next day and worked almost non-stop, completing the project quickly. As mentioned, all the crew acted and worked professionally and cleaned the area afterward where you might not know major work was done. I recommend Hydro Plumbing

This company is very easy to work with. The person who answered the phone was great and told me exactly who would show up. Jordan and Joshua were both wonderful to with and explained everything about the issue and how they were going to solve it. I would highly recommend the two guys for a job well done!!

This was the 3rd time I used Hydro Plumbing. Miguel arrived right on time and did an excellent job replacing my outdoor faucet and copper fittings. The price was reasonable.

My wife called Hydro Plumbing to come out to try to locate a leak (that LVWD informed us we had) and fix an outdoor faucet. They were able to come out the same day. Phillip was our technician and he could not have been more pleasant to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. After we found some apparent water leakage around the facet area, Phillip recommended a company to come out and make sure there was no further damage. He explained they would take a look free of charge. The other company was able to come out in 20 minutes and determined there was no significant water damage, which gave us peace of mind. Afterwards, Phillip was able to locate the source of the primary leak issue (not the broken faucet) and fixed it. I could not have been happier with the service we received from both Hydro Plumbing and their tech, Phillip.

Richard arrived a little early, that was convenient. Assessed the job and did it very efficiently. He had also noticed my water heater was not up to standard and I asked if he could do that now and he got right to the job. He told me prices before each job and I signed for them. He’s a very personable young man and very professional. He works quickly and efficiently. I fell very safe knowing he did a detailed and great job.

Richard was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, was up front & specific as to what needed to be done, & completed the job like a true professional. I'll be going back to Hydro Plumbing for all my Tankless Water Heater needs. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Miguel was very professional, funny. He was very open and honest about the situation. He did some investigating and found out what was going on. He was able to pinpoint the situation very quickly, took care of that quickly and was done working in the house. Recommend him highly to anyone that needs any plumbing.
