After having three different plumbers come out to figure out why under our sink we had water coming from our floor boards Marco Diaz from FastPlumbing found the root of the problem. He fixed the two leaks and sanitized the area to prevent mold. Thank you Marco. Will be recommending Marco from Fast Plumbing to everyone who needs a plumber.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Fast Plumbing. As a single senior, when I had a gas leak, I thought I would be without heat and hot water for a long time. Fast Plumbing fixed the leak quickly and worked to secure the inspections for me. In addition, they have worked with me on the financing and made this unexpected problem so much easier to resolve. From Joshua to Felicia in the office, everyone has been informative, kind and understanding. I highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Marco Diaz is the man! He was the 3rd plumber my wife and I had to call out to solve a water leak issue as the first two companies we called couldn’t figure it out. I’m so glad we called Fast Plumbing. Marco did a thorough investigation into what the issue was, he went above and beyond to make the necessary repairs and his customer service was excellent through out the entire process. They came out quick based on my diagnostic view. There tech was quick in my opinion not very knowledgeable but eager to fix the issue with direction. Reasonable price no upsale and honest so ill take it. Sloppy cleanup tho.

Needed a water heater pipe replaced that was connected to the recirc pump. Carlos arrived on time first thing in the morning, replacement and repair completed in a timely manner. Great service!

We we're suddenly using 3x the usual quantity of water so we called techcool to help identify/rectify the problem. Responded quickly on a Saturday with a tech. He went through the usual checklist of possibilities and soon found the problem with a running toilet. Juan Garcia the tech was polite and efficient. If we ever do need significant work done in the future, we'll certainly call Techcool.

I called at 10am on a weekend as my tenant said she had no hot water. Juan Carlos Garcia arrived to my condo by noon and had my broken hot water removed and replaced by 2pm and my tenant was able to shower! Tech Cool to the rescue! Highly recommend!

The guy Andres over there at TECHCOOL treated me basically like a criminal. Demanded payment for AC unit when the technician is still on my roof working. 30 minutes later threatened to disconnect my AC unit if payment is not made immediately. Maybe a customer had cheated him out of payment in the past or something but you can’t treat all your customers like they’re up to no good because you had a bad apple.

These guys were a lifesaver. Very easy to talk to and they responded on. A Saturday. They helped fixed my blower motor and they did it for a fair price. I couldn’t be happier.

We called and were set up immediately with an appointment with Zack. He was professional, provided quick service, and we will certainly be calling again with any HVAC or water heater needs.

Talked to Hector for a quick quote to replace a water heater and he was very nice and upfront with their competitive pricing. Got a schedule right away within 20 minutes of talking to him and Zach the tech was at my home right even before my time allotted schedule. Draining the tank took the most time as the tank got pretty bad to the point where he has to take off the drain faucet itself to empty it out. Two hours later and got myself some hot water again that can be taken for granted everyday. Thank you Techcool for the fast, awesome, competitive and friendly service! On a side note, if anyone reading this, is on the market for a home warranty, avoid Amazon Home Warranty like the Covid plague as they only cover “mechanical” breakdowns on a water heater. If it leaks, you’re up-creek!

Juan and his partner were great. Answered my questions even gave me tips on keeping this unit looked after. Mechanically inept here, and they helped me out perfectly. Juan even checked out a drain problem I'd have had. Will be calling back again.
