Fast and efficient service. I woke up to water everywhere one of my pipes had burst and they had me back up and running within an hour. First class service and very reasonably priced.

USA plumbing and air quickly identified the issue with the heating and provided me a couple of different options. They quickly installed it and made it work. There was an issue after that, so they came back and gave me additional options. It seems to be working now.

Solomon came out to look at our water heater. He was fast, efficient, honest and on time. I would highly recommend Solomon and USA Plumbing and air to anyone!!! Thank you Jason!!!

I finally replaced my entire duck system and added 7 inches of insolation. I've been needing to do this for some time now as my house is 30 years old still with the original system. Just wanted to put a "shout out" in to solomon, Larkin's service technician that was dispatched to my house on Sunday 24 Sep. I had a pinhole leak in a hot water line in the ceiling which I had located and tried to minimize further leaking.
Solomon was very professional and timely in his repair (I was not able to be home, but my wife was home). He kept me fully informed on the repair and pulled all my temporary leak pans out of the attic as he departed.
I also thought the charge for this repair (particularly on a Sunday) was very reasonable. We have used Larkin in the past, and will continue to use them.

After serval phone calls to plumbing companies, USA Plumbing and air estimated me best, they bid any company I called in town. technition showed up between two hours after my call and replaced my water heater to a tankless :) very happy! Thanks

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that Usa Plumbing and air were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. Usa Plumbing and air did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs. Thnks!

Great plumber sent to us by Sharon the manager, to install a drop-in kitchen sink. Mike Sinchak trimmed out over 9 ft. of our old marble countertop with surgical precision and we are delighted with the result.
Two previous tradesmen had told us that there was no way to get the job done to our satisfaction.
On an emergency second visit, Mike cleared our obstructed main sewer line of invading tree roots ...like a surgeon doing a laparoscopic bowel resection.
This plumber deserves an Oscar for the quality of his work.
And, to top it all off, he is available 24/7.
Next job here will be for him to install an Insta-Hot device under our kitchen sink.
We would never consider using anyone else for plumbing repairs in our coveted South Shore villa.

Had a tankless hot water heater installed. The technician, Solomon worked his butt off for a day and a half. Had some issues with hot water to various places. But he came back as soon as I called and fixed the issue. Great service, great people. Maybe on the high side of cost. But I am glad to pay extra for such quality service. Solomon and Daniel were fantastic. They arrived on time. They kept me informed throughout the install. They answered every question.... They were very conscious that aesthetically ever looked great. Since the beginning with Daniel and Sean, they were very professionals. They provided a really good explanation of the process and Adam did the follow up inspection, he is really knowledgeable and he makes sure everything is working correctly and explained all the steps he was taking to me. The gentleman showed up and looked at the problem. Then, he went to get the new hot water heater and a new water softener. He called and let me know it would take him longer to get the parts because he had to go to two different suppliers to get the parts that we wanted in our home. He came back and installed the parts. Everything is fine now. He also pointed out that some of the water had damaged the Sheetrock around the heater. He told us to call our insurance company to litigate the damages. I would never recommend this company. My warranty company sent them to look at my toilet that was leaking around the bottom and thus on the ceiling below. He technician offer to have me pay them $300 to look at it otherwise he would not touch anything but just took pictures. After asking him how he could diagnose the problem from a generic photo; told me he is a professional and that the warranty company doesn’t allow him to touch anything. From a photo of an installed toilet reported that I had a broken pipe in my ceiling.

After he left , got a call from a lady at the office chastising me for questioning her plumbing professional. Got a call from the warranty company stating an additional $500 needed from me and $300 from the warranty company.

I had someone here working on my sprinkler and they described the issue. He asked me a couple questions and recommended that I look at my wax ring. I did and that was the issue I fixed it myself. Before I could get a hold of the warranty company they called me and said the plumbers are professionals and stand by their diagnosis by photo of a toilet.
I informed the warranty company that I had fixed the issue for under $30 and they will be refunding my deductible.

If you a see a truck from USA plumbing and air company pull up at your house lock your door and hide. From my experience they are not professional honest or trustworthy. I recommended that the warranty company not ever consider them for any issues that I may have in the future. For any one else be warned.
