Called for a nonworking water heater, and got prompt service. Michael was great, and tested various possible failures in the order I'd hope for: from the least expensive to fix, and then upward, discovering the fix was relatively straightforward. Quick response, reasonable price, honest service, and courteous technician - USA will definitely be my go-to service provider for any future issues.

We had them install a tankless water heater. Very professional and made sure everything was great. We got the yearly service contract for HVAC and plumbing as well. There was a reading they didn't like on our AC, so they came back out a couple days later to recheck and all was good. When we had a leak under the kitchen sink on a Sunday, I got the neighbor to turn off the water since I am physically unable to get under the sink, sent them a text and they came out on Monday, got us a quote and got everything fixed good as new. Very happy with their service.
