I had really good experiences with this company..... from the first call to Kim, to the service call with Grant, everybody was very efficient and courteous. I had water heater problems on a Sunday and they were here today on Monday to get it taken care of. I highly recommend this company.

Our technician, Johnathan, was exceptionally talented. He performed the install efficiently and quickly. We had a 95 year old woman that was sleeping in the adjacent bedroom and she was never disturbed dispute the fact that he had to break one of the floor bolts and the toilet in order to remove it. I give him 10 stars and highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Technician was unprofessional and tried to charge my tenant the service fee instead of billing the company directly. Once tenant refused to pay, the technician left without giving her an update on the situation. No one from All State Service Group tried to contact our office for this service fee. My tenant has now been without hot water for over a week. I will not be using or recommending this service to my owners ever again as this is the second time I have an issue with this company. It seems all they care about is money. Shameful.

Update: so early this am, with family visiting, my disposal quit. Many thanks to Aziz, and all the team for making certain my family enjoyed lunch on clean dishes!!! I can't say too many good things about Allstate Service Group!

Water heater stopped heating and they came out next day (filed claim with warranty company) . Of course it was over a holiday weekend and a part need to be ordered but thankfully the Vegas heat had a nice amount of warm water in the tank to manage a few days. The company kept us informed and the tech squeezed us in after hours the same day if getting the part. Yay! Technician was professional, courteous, friendly and timely.

I have used Allstate's service twice, so far, and plan on using them again should the need arise. I first learned of them when I bought a garbage disposal and they were the contracted company who arrived to do the installation. I was happy enough with that quick and simple experience that when it came time to do a new toilet installation I simply called them directly. I received a quick turn around response time for both my email and phone messages. I was given a quote up front and that is how the quote remained through completion of the installation, as no serious hiccups or issues arised during either install. The technicians were very nice, professional, and quick.

After 2 companies confirmed a faulty Pressure Regulating Valve, I liked that Allstate Service Group provided an estimate on Yelp without having to schedule another service call.
I hired them based upon previous experience with the company, price & positive Yelp reviews. My appt was confirmed & I received notice their technician, Krassimir, was on his way. Krassimir was on time, professional & answered all of our questions.
We highly recommend Allstate Service Group for plumbing repair services.

Our Water Heater went out over the weekend, we put in a Service call on Sunday and got a Call from the Company within 1 hour. They came out the next day, Monday and we had a new Water Heater installed 2 days later. Wow that was fast and they are up front and keep you updated through the whole process. We had a great Technician name (Grant) Very professional. I do recommend this Company great work.

After three outrageous bids to replace our 11 year old water heater, I found Allstates website and reviews and gave them a call. The technician arrived on time and gave us a price we could afford. Very professional and I highly recommend their quality product and service.

Vladimir was excellent. Did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and was a perfectionist. Explained everything to me. His work was superb and he cleaned up everything after installing Hot Water Heater. I will only use this plumbing service in the future. Vladimir was very honest.

Kassimir was very nice, even though he had to come very late to install our water heater. He was helpful, professional and truly went above and beyond with his service. Thank you so much for taking care of us. Will highly recommend.

We had 2 toilets installed recently, the technicians arrived promptly for our time slot.
They were very professional, explaining what the job entailed, issues they they found during the job, cleaned the job after they finished.

I was quoted a price of two hundred and twenty five dollars and after he spoke to me which I didn't seem to understand or could believe what he was . Saying. About my plumbing that? It would cost me an additional which was a total of $625 to install a faucet and reverse asymosis system. I feel the man is a good plumber but I feel that the price that he quoted me was very unfair and too expensive which I don't think. Plus I paid $350 for parts which I provided for this plumber can install this system. I think you're very much for having him coming over here and giving me his input. But I don't think it was a Unfair. fair price of his services so I believe that I won't be using this service any time now or in the. Future so thank you very much for your help have a great day..

Needed to repair hot water leak underneath kitchen floor. The company was very competitive with their pricing and showed up as scheduled. I am happy with their work and hopefully I will not need to call them for any repairs from their work. Our plumbers that routed new hot water lines throughout the lower levels was professional and respected our home as he was very careful with covering areas that may get dirty.

Krassimir was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job repiping our bathroom and installing some fixtures. The price was excellent and compared to 3 other companies Allstate was affordable, but I didn’t feel like they were trying to cut corners or talk me out of what I knew I wanted. I’ll be hiring them again for my next renovation job and anything that comes up in between.

Israel is great! He’s always on time and tells you like it is. Respect the honesty about my system. Eva in scheduling is great with her follow up and it was much appreciated with our hectic work schedules. Highly recommend

Their office staff is so professional and kind, always knowing where we were in the project. They are a busy company but worth the wait.
They replaced our AC unit and we were very pleased. The office staff is knowledgeable and Isreal, their technician did a great job. We recommend them highly.

My experience couldn’t have been any better or easier than it was. Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber, especially if you have a leak and potential damage to your home. The great thing is that not only were they quick to respond, super friendly and professional, and had someone out ASAP, they were also able to refer me over to their restoration department to get my water damage addressed before it turned into something ugly! They made the whole process with filing a claim as easy and painless as it can be when you’re dealing with home warranty companies. Everyone I dealt with, from the dispatchers to the plumber Krasimir to Hector the one who came to clear the damage, were professional, courteous and communicative.
I will most definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to my friends and family here in Vegas!

Our main water line was leaking. Allstate gave me an appointment; I told them ASAP we don't have water. Rafiq the technician arrived early and spent an hour explaining the process. We were informed if the job was not completed by Friday they would work through the weekend. Next day we received a written estimate in detail. We got on the phone with Alex the owner and went over the payment plan. The work was done quick, clean and water running in 1 day, Thank you Rafiq and Alex. Some of the estimated work was not necessary. We were on the phone again with Alex and the invoice was discounted. In the event we have another problem in our home we will be contacting Allstate Service Group.
