Thé best experience with a plumbing company to date! They schedule promptly (it was a weekend when I left a request, and did not expect it). Patient and courteous. Took time to explain what could be the ways to fix the issue (I was confused after what a couple other plumbers told me).
The plumber came on time, asked if we take shoes off in the house (always appreciated). Took time to understand what is happening and think of the best way to resolve. It really felt like honest desire to help the best way possible, not just charge a lot. They did not charge a lot either, comparing to other estimates I got.

Highly recommend! Communication was great as the service tech, Israel, texted me each time to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. I had both of the HVAC units replaced which is a huge job. The fit and finish was fantastic and very professional.

Big job! Kasimir dug the trench and put a gas line in order for me to get a pool heater.Very professional, fast honest, and hard working to get the job done. Don't hesitate to call this company!

Found Allstate Service group through my home warranty. The warranty was a bust, but my experience with this team was fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and were very professional. I love that someone always answers the phone. Donald my main technician was superb. They were very competitive on their pricing which was also great . Awesome service at a fair price...what's not to love about that.

This company has excellent customer service. I just had a toilet replaced and they did a wonderful job. The year before I had a problem with my kitchen sink. I called a plumber who did not fix the problem, so I called Allstate Service Group to come and fix the kitchen sink, and yes they fixed the issue. This company has been consistent in taking care of my plumbing issues. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My ac went out august 28. Which also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. I reached out to several HVAC companies, but their prices are crazyyyy, despite of the crisis.. i came across allstate service group and decided to give me a call. Im very happy that i did reached out to them. I explained the situation and olga (owners wife) they will diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate. Their employees arrive as schedules, diagnose the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done and provided me with an reasonable estimate. We scheduled a date for repairs and i was surprise, they do it sooo quick, with perfection and respect to other people. Our ac is working again, and it saved us money.

If you're looking for a reliable, honest HVAC company, the give allstate service group a call. Sasha and olga are great. They will not BS you. He lays out all your options, gives you the pros and cons of each, then let you decide on what's most suitable for you. I never got the impression that he was misleading me or trying to sell me. Most inportantly though, he genuinely care about his customers and what he does.. thank you again sasha and olga and the rest of the allstate service group team! God bless you more guys!!!

Had a water that was passed it's time. Needed to have it replaced before it malfunctioned and caused problems. This is the second time I have used Allstate and would highly recommend them. Krassimir was my technician. He does outstanding work and is very thorough. This was a difficult replacement due to a very confined work space. He worked through the difficulties and completed the job in a professional manner. I would trust him with my future plumbing needs. Please consider Allstate for you plumbing repairs.

Kasmere was very knowledgeable and professional. He came and replaced our water heater the day after he came and gave us a quote. This is the second time I have used them and were happy both times. Will definitely be using them the next time I need plumbing done.

COVID lockdown interrupted our bathroom remodel, and we had originally planned on doing our tile flooring ourselves, and but found ourselves pressed for time and no ability to get all the material we needed. Allstate Service Group answered our request for estimate from Angie's List, and within a week Michael was out to see what we needed. Not only did he give us a quote for our tiling, but was honest that they had a minimum charge, and what else did we need done? In truth we needed drywall work and painting, and Allstate was able to roll all of it into their fee.

We went from no floor, holes in the wall, and mismatched colors to brand new tile, not being able to tell where the patches in the wall were, and fully painted in three days, including new baseboards and swapping out a toilet. Lest anyone think it was perfect, we actually had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the transition between the tile and the carpet, but no less than 3 people were on top of it, calling us to go over options and getting it replaced before ever asking for the balance due.

I would absolutely recommend them for their promptness, attention to detail, follow through, and generally being really great about cleaning up after themselves.

Allstate Service Group is amazing! They are always honest and reliable. I have used them a number of times and have been impressed every single time. On this repair Krassimir was a pleasure to deal with and did a phenomenal job! We are so happy that his repair resolved our low water pressure issue. I highly recommend their services!

BEWARE: I had previously used this company through my home warranty. My water heater started leaking (pouring water). I called my home warranty company. The unit was not even 4 years old, so 100% replaceable. This company wanted $950.00 for labor and less than $100 in new parts. Beware. Every other company was less by half. BEWARE

FIVE STARS for Allstate Service Group and especially Krassimir! Not only was he a complete professional but he went above and beyond in every way! My wife and I cannot say thank you enough for the excellent job he did! We had a bathtub replacement and complete tile upgrade around the new tub and they did the best job ever! We are super happy and excited about the completed work!!! Thank you again for everything!! I’d recommend Krassimir and Allstate for anything plumbing related!!
