We had a great experience with Travis our plumbing technician while getting our tankless water heater repaired. Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The repair was done efficiently and professionally. Connor was absolutely great. He came out to do a water heater flush and was super helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on rather than rushing through the job. On top of that, he was really nice and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated his professionalism and transparency — highly recommend Connor if you need plumbing work done!

I am moving out of my townhome in Las Vegas back to California and wanted yo take my water softener with me. Sierra sent Alexis down to remove the system and connect all the lines. Alexis was very efficient and helpful. He answered all my questions abd even took the time to do the extra to ensure that I was able to transport my system withouy any problems. He used his shop vac to remove the water from the plastic resevoir to lighten it for me. It took multiple reps and I really apprecitated it.
Once again Sierra provided great service and the technician went rhe extra step.
If any of my friends ask for s plumbing recommendation, I will without hesitation recommend Sierra.

I was stunned when he leapt onto the roof without a ladder to check the unit—a nod to his past as an Olympic gymnast! 😲 David, the plumber, also did a great job. I truly appreciate the outstanding work done by Branden M and Brandon A from Pure Plumbing & Air when they replaced the A/C ducts and insulation in my attic. Their professionalism and skill made a significant difference in my home’s comfort. They took great care to protect my furniture with plastic wrapping and even covered the garage shelves, ensuring everything was safe during the process.

Christian arrived on time. I needed my tankless water heater flushed. My tank had never been flushed before, so it needed a flush kit. He installed the kit and flushed the system. He did inspection of the system showed me a small leak. I asked him to repair leak, he did. He was very respectful, clean, with knowledge of the system. I will have him do more work for me. I think he is honest and trustworthy. Will referrer to family and friends.

We called Pure Plumbing for the first time to repair a drain trap that was leaking. Connor came out and fixed it with no problem. He is very polite and professional. We want to adopt him as our grandson (ha ha) 😊. Ask for Connor for your technician because you will be very happy that you did. He will not disappoint!!!!!

I just had my whole home filtration system installed by Connor Arneson from Plumbing and Air. I was extremely impressed with the professional installation and repiping done by him. His work was neat and kept the area remarkably clean despite the scale of the job. His ensured that that there were no leaks and that the water pressure was to appropriate. He was polite, arrived exactly when promised, and the final price matched the initial estimate perfectly. I highly recommend this company for any large-scale home projects.

When my water heater went out, they sent Stephen D. He provided great customer service and took the time to check the gas and water pressure. He was quick to follow up with my questions and provided 3 different quotes. The installation team did a great job and finished on time. Even though they charge a premium, it was worth the service, expertise, and professionalism. Highly recommend if you want high quality work.

I've been having issues with my Rinnai water heater. I got a hold of Pure Plumbing and Air. They sent out an amazing technician Chris that had me up and running within an hour. Couldn't ask for better service and would definitely recommend Pure plumbing and Air hopefully all of their technicians are as great as Chris was!!!

Pleasant dispatch. Quick appointments. Free estimates. Average prices. But most importantly, the tech they sent - Christian - was fantastic. I was losing water pressure throughout my house. He managed my expectations perfectly, knew exactly what he was doing, and worked quickly but never seemed in a rush. He helped me understand what was going on, what caused it, and what options were available to solve the problem so that I could make the best decision for my situation. With such a good first impression, I’ll be calling them again the next time I need a plumber. 4 stars only because I need more than 1 good experience before I rate a company 5 stars.

We have used pure plumbing about four times now for this Home, and we would use them again. The technician Travis was excellent, he was very courteous and respected our property, and when he put his boot covers on That was all my wife needed to know that he was a good guy. Since he was a journeyman plumber, he knew right where to look for our leak coming off our hot water heater. We are very impressed with his work. Also, he got us a quote in record time. If you’re going to use pure plumbing, you should ask for Travis!

We’ve been using Pure Plumbing for many years, from general plumbing to a brand new hvac system. they’ve always been reliable, timely, and honest. Their technicians are consistently the nicest, cleanest, and most respectful we’ve ever worked with.

dont know about their plumbing, but awful driver. going 60 down eastern weaving in and out of traffic. my guess is they had to be somewhere by 7am. van was tailgating me so I turn on my blinker to change into the right lane, instead of waiting as im already a quarter into the new lane, he changes into the lane i was changing into causing me to quickly have to move back. all that to meet me at the red light anyway. dude forgot hes in a work truck and therefore a walking billboard.

I rarely write long reviews, but after the week we had, I felt like I had to give a massive shout-out to Travis Lovgren at Pure Plumbing & Air.
We were dealing with a "mystery leak" that was driving us crazy. Our water bill was skyrocketing, and we could hear water running in the walls, but two other plumbers had already come out, poked around, and told us they’d have to start cutting into our custom tile work just to find the source. I was stressed out and staring at a potentially massive renovation bill.
Then Travis showed up. From the minute he walked in, you could tell he was different. He didn't just start guessing; he was incredibly methodical and used some seriously high-tech acoustic equipment to narrow down the sound. He ended up finding a tiny pinhole leak in the most "impossible" spot behind a vanity—saving us from having to tear up the entire bathroom floor.
What really blew me away was his attitude. It was a long, technical job, but he stayed late to make sure we had our water back on that night. He was patient with my million questions, didn't mind my curious dog following him around, and honestly left the area cleaner than he found it.
It’s rare to find someone who has that level of technical "hero" skill but is also just a genuinely nice, down-to-earth guy. If you’re in a bind and want someone who actually knows their stuff and won't take shortcuts, ask for Travis.

From the moment I contacted Pure the communication has been very good and clear. I had them come out initially to get an estimate for some plumbing under my sink, also just to get an idea how they work.
Chris who was the technician that was send out, was on time, very pleasant to talk to and very polite. Chris took his time to listen to my concerns, and had answers and explanations to all my questions. We ended up going over numerous of plumbing concerns and potential improvements.
Chris took care of our more imminent concerns and took me through the whole process of what’s happening and what he is doing. The work was done in a timely matter and Chris worked very clean.
In terms of pricing I found it reasonable for the work done and time taken for everything. All other work suggested he was able to quote on the spot and email me this. The whole experience felt honest and straightforward, nothing what he noticed or suggested felt pushed or forced as a way to upsell me extra work. Thanks Pure and Chris, definitely going to make more use of you in the future.

Would recommend Pure Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Stephen Diaz the tech did a great job clearing my drain. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Water heater was leaking. Gave them a call within an hour cris was here to perform an inspection of the system. Needed a new tank, had one on him and I said alright let's get installed. Cris went straight to work. Postive energy throughout the installation. Willing to talk with the consumer. Was great to talk with a fellow tradie. Would recommend them anytime.
