I am 72; been around; dealt with many contractors. Hawthorne is an excellent company; one of the best I've ever worked with. Quick and timely response. Work completed on-time as promised. Knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Reasonable pricing for high quality components. Get your HVAC and water heater serviced by Hawthorne. Highly recommend them.

This company installed my water softener and reverse osmosis system. The skin is not dry and flakey anymore. I have the yearly maintenance plan. My plumbing, heating, and AC is taken care of. I have not had to get anything repaired thank God, but if I did they are the only company I would use. I get a photo of the technician before he/she arrives. Every person who has come out is professional and friendly. I had my faucet in my kitchen changed. I love the product and it comes with an app so that I can adjust the temperature of the water.

Every technician sent to my house has their mask on and put on shoe covers. I have not had to ask them to do that. Thank you for being a professional and relabel company.

We scheduled our annual water heater service. Hawthorn came out on time (text 20 minutes before with a photo of the technician). Entire servicing was done in a very professional fashion. They replaced the anode rod which I supplied. Left my house clean. Very pleased with the service (this is the 10th year that they have come out for this service. Each time excellent service)

Very efficient. Was able to get the parts expedited overnight. Water heater was under warranty and parts were from the company. James was extremely helpful in getting thru all the red tape from the manufacturer. He even asked if he could purchase the parts locally and bill then back to the company rather than waiting. He tried his best. Unfortunately, that wasn't how the company did things. I would recommend this company and James to my fellow neighbors in this community.

Carlos Quintana & Thomas Lopez came to our home for air conditioner repair. Carlos came out 1st because we thought we had a plumbing problem, it wasn’t but he got on the phone to call his supervisor for help with our problem. Made an appointment for HVAC the next day. Thomas came out and checked our air conditioner and found out there was a problem with the insulation preformed from a different company and the water that was leaking was from an air duct. Told us to contact the original company to fix the problem which they did. Hawthorne Plumbing was the only company that could come out the same day to check to see what was going on. The next time we have a problem they will be the company we call for help. Very professional.

Needed a plumber to install a garbage disposal. Nick from Hawthorne came out to our home to do the installation he is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. We called on a Sunday and there was an actual receptionist that scheduled our appointment how refreshing is that? So from the receptionist to the dispatcher to the technician and billing we are very pleased with Hawthorne Plumbing & Heating. In the last couple of weeks they have been there to offer their services.

i have been a customer of Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for many years now. they have never disappointed me. thoroughly professional and honest. Charles was great Would not trust my A/c/ heat with anyone else. ! I recently had a plumbing issue and once again, Hawthorne was able to correct the problem quickly and efficiently. Ivan is the best !

Beware !! Well first couple of days after install I was completely satisfied. And then the problems started we paid around $9000 with synchrony finance for the service. The new unit worked well no issues first 3 days then stopped completely. After many calls to Hawthorne’s office I was told the installer can not return and his supervisor Shane would have to look at unit. I said this would be fine. Heather had gotten rude at this point placing me on hold many times trying to book me a new date. She told me they had no availability this was shocking as they got paid for a job that wasn’t done correct. After not getting a appointment booked to fix my A/C. She placed me on a hold telling me Angel would speak to me. He was very rude telling me I must have done something to the system causing it not to work !!!!!! A very negative experience I would not recommend Angel or his crew of crooks !!!!
FYI ( owner ) Angel I have contacted synchrony financial and they are investigating the issue as I explained I do not in anyway want this company on my property had shouldn’t be a issue as they refused to look at or service the unit

Tech was Ian...very thorough and knowledgeable. A new water heater was needed...he contacted my Home Warranty company and got everything covered including additional upgrades now required. Excellent job done on the install!! Explained everything I needed to know...Five stars to Ian and Hawthorne Plumbing. Thank you...much appreciated!!!

Furnace repair..it was as usual completely great. My furnace had blown the fuse in the attic n it was freezing. I immediately got a tech, Eric, who found n fixed the problem. I have used Hawthorne for 20+ years and have never been disappointed. They are supreme! Thank you all, Leah in the office, Eric, Sean, and the greatest manager...Angel!

Very professional, punctual, high quality. I have used Hawthorn many times and always been satisfied with both the people who take my phone call and with the plumbers . They are both professional responsive and punctual. The plumbers are excellent. He assessed the situation and fixed it promptly. I called six services that day. Only one other company (other than Hawthorn) called me back but called me back four and a half hour later. I love their yearly service but this l could not afford to sigh up

Two days ago, on a Sunday, our 50 gallon water heater busted and water was pouring out into the garage. I immediately called my home warranty company, and advised their answering service that I needed a plumber to respond ASAP to replace the unit. I was told to call back on Monday -- they open at 6:00 a.m. Pacific time. That was no help whatsoever. I remembered that Hawthorne had replaced a water heater for me about 10 years ago, so I called them, and they dispatched a plumber shortly thereafter (not sure if it is okay to give the plumber's name, but he was awesome). He assessed the situation and explained what we needed, but knew that we wanted to wait to hear from our warranty company, hoping that our insurance would cover the cost. On Monday, our warranty company said they would not do the work, because the water heater was still under warranty. That makes no sense to me. So, I called Hawthorne right after and requested the awesome plumber to replace the unit, which he did within a few hours. Happy to report that Hawthorne came to our rescue, plumber was very efficient, in replacing the unit, and we now have hot water. I highly recommend this company!

The Hawthorne technicians are always polite and very capable. They explain things well and let you know in advance what will be done and what the cost will be. We've been using them for years and have always been happy with their service. Had two jobs done this week and Ian and Kyle both did excellent jobs!

The workers were very good however the first water heater they put in leaked had to install a second one. The price was at least double what I ever expected. Hard to believe a water heater could be $4000 nowadays, doesn’t make any sense. My home warranty only reimbursed less than half of what I paid. Hard to ever recommend a company with such high prices.

I received excellent service from the time I placed the call until the work was completed!! My water heater would not stay lit and the gas contol valve needed to be replaced. I was not pressured into replacing the whole unit which I appreciated even though I know it was needed due to the age of the water heater and it not being up to code. Ivan was awesome! He went and got the part and had it changed out in about an hour.

The technician came and left without us ever learning what our plumbing issue was and he surely did not fix it. It seems as if he was just coming to pitch us a service plan and we still have issues with the toilet. He made the trip quickly and did not charge us a service fee, so that was definitely some good marks for him.

I used Hawthorne a few years back to install my new AC and I decided to use them again to install a new Furnace. They always have given me many options and never seem to pressure me in any direction. They were quick and had our heater up and running in a few hours. Afterward, I noticed some exposed wires and called them about it. They explained that they had not done any electrical work, but sent a guy out anyways to fix the wires and ensure that they were not a fire hazard. This is a great company with great service. Their expertise and work has always been very professional. I am a home inspector and I know where HVAC guys like to cut corners and I have not seen any corners cut with Hawthorne.

This place is great. Contacted them on a Sunday, said they would send out a technician out on Monday (wasn’t urgent). Someone called me first thing on Monday to touch base and let me know that they would text me when a technician would be on their way. Gave me a window of 10-2. And he came around 1130. Nicholas was super professional, chill, and explained everything really well. Completed my job in less than 30 minutes and everything works great! They also give a 30 day warranty to their work at no additional charge which is really awesome as well. Will definitely use them again if something pops up!

I use Hawthorne for all of my water, heating and cooling needs. They have been fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and the only team to hire for all your installation and maintenance needs!

I am thrilled I found Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. The Business is professional, reliable and definitely friendly to my budget. I received a photo of my plumber ahead of time to know who I would invite into my home. Once he arrived, I received a call that he was there. Jacob was my plumber and was knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend this service and will continue to use them as long as they continue with their highly professional and affordable ethnic.

Contacted Hawthorne after hours and was able to get a service technician dispatched. I received information on his arrival, who was coming, etc. Upon his arrival, he provided his assessment, received options and was able to schedule next day installation. Service technician explained installation, new code regulations and changes and left the area cleaner than when he arrived! I highly recommend the quality service, knowledgeable technician and great customer service.
