TRAVIS LOVGREN was our technician, and he was very knowledgeable, patient and honestly a lifesaver. Thanks to him we are confident in our whole home water filter, he took time to explain everything multiple times, and just wanted us to be comfortable with the services. I needed a plumber asap and when I called around, one company who couldn't meet my timeline suggested PURE which says everything if they are referring a competitor. They said PURE had a large fleet and would be able to help same day, and without surprise, they were right. Thank you to PURE and Travis for the great service. Very thankful.

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Connor from Pure Plumbing! His timeliness (he was here in 20 minutes), friendliness, and helpful advice for the future was a welcome response after our water heater gave out suddenly and without warning, and on a holiday evening no less! His ability to tell us what had happened, how to help care for our new water heater, and effectively do a better job installing our new unit than the folks who had done so just before we bought our home (also our first)…this was nothing short of the best possible response given the near-catastrophe that had befallen us. Shortly afterwards Christopher came by for a HVAC tune up, he was great as well! All was good but I didn't want to wait until it was 100° + to find a problem.

Brendan, Jason, and Cahlil did a complete removal of ductwork, old A/C unit and insulation and installed an all new system. Their expertise was unmatched and their kindness throughout was amazing. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing & Air! In addition, they are the only company that does not hire a third party to install the ductwork. They did the most amazing job, we couldn't be happier!

I am so Happy I used Hawthorne Plumbing! Had a real mess with a toilet having a broken bolt and allot of work done by a previous plumber that didn't work. Felippe came to us that afternoon and fixed it in no time! Showed us pictures of before and after and really explained to us what was going on. So kind and professional he is! The ladies that answer calls and in the office are really are so sweet, Lynda, Heather, Sandy were so fast and kept me posted with when my technician would be there. Although things started off on the wrong foot, manager, Angel Martinez, handled the situation beautifully. Mr Martinez replied immediately to my concern with professionalism and knowledge. He truly wanted to please me and have a happy and satisfied customer. Chris, the plumber, did an excellent job installing my new toilet, and within minutes after my new toilet was installed, Mr Martinez contacted me to see if I was happy with the new toilet. We need more people with outstanding work ethics like Mr Martinez.

These people are scam artists! Don't even ask for a estimate!
Our swamp cooler was not working properly and needed service. The tech told me the unit (not even a year old) was in bad shape. That we needed a whole new unit, or he would piece it together, which would be faster. My cost would be $3000 to $4000. I got a second opinion from.
"The A/C Guys" (who I recommend) they replaced the barrings and a missing collar and cleaned it out the unit...the cost just over $400 dollars and it was good as new. Cooling perfectly!

Great service and technicians are very professional. They did a super job when they replaced our central AC. Also, be mindful that they have their own drywall guy, should they damage it during an installation or there is an AC overflow issue afterwards. Most companies leave you on the hook for that. All is covered in the installation price and warranty. I highly recommend Hawthorn for any AC/heating or plumbing needs.

They were recommended by my hot water heater company as my unit was leaking after 2 years. They were more expensive to perform a warranty swap than it was for another company to give me the same exact unit that was brand new. Still scratching my head how that can happen. The gentleman was super great and on time, however, I never got a copy of the quotes that I asked for. Probably for the best anyway!

1st time using Hawthorne. Excellent experience from the moment the girl answered my call, until the tech left our home. $69 for the unclog. Tech was super friendly, & quick. Honestly I cant say anything neg about my experience with Hawthorne. I will def call them next time i need a plumber. Great team you have working for you. Thank you.

Shane and crew are simply fantastic on every level. Professional, follow-up, experienced, and not at all pushy. They sent me a text before Shane arrived with his picture so I would be assured he was "the one" before I let him into the house. As he predicted, the Hawthorne quote was similar to the quotes of the other 2 companies we interviewed. The differential was their "HERO program", wherein they come a couple of times per to service both air conditioners and heaters and even the water heater at no charge and they will call us so we don't have to remember it. Can't say enough about them. If you are looking for a new air conditioner or heater, I highly recommend you interview Hawthorne.

The phone call was answered immediately and an appointment was available that day. Ian showed up and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and without having to tear down too much drywall. In fact he made sure to take the harder way for him but the way that would be the easiest to fix later.
He repaired the leak and was done in no time. Excellent service, very reasonable prices.

This was for my air con's annual check up. Scheduling my appointment was easy. They gave me a very reasonable time frame for when my tech was going to show up. They also gave a call when my tech was en route.. Professionals all throughout. My tech arrived, went straight to work but not once did I feel like he was rushing to move on to the work order. Great customer service and great plumbers. Kudos to Ken and "T" for installing our tankless hot water heater, properly!! To Nick and "T" for installing my beautiful Delta sink. You guys went up and beyond what was called for. I'm forever grateful.

Great employees and services provided contacted for an appointment got my problem diagnosed and got emergency water service done on the weekend and after discussion on options and financing went with some of the better options that fit my budget. Final work for water system and tankless water heater done during the week and very happy with installation and water quality.Thank you for completing both installs in one day . Highly recommended and high fives to your employees William and Carlos and team!

The service was fine. The plumber, Ian, was great. The price quoted was very high, but with a leaking pipe in a multi-unit condo I couldn't let it go overnight or I would have gotten another quote. That is a professional opinion as I am a retired general contractor and facilities maintenance professional.

Update:
The service manager called me a couple of days after the service regarding my initial lower rating and said that they had "mis-classified" the charges for my service and I would be getting a $298 refund on the $708 initial bill. This is more in line with what the charge should have been. I have received the refund and I am now very satisfied with this transaction.

We originally called when the Lowe's installation guys couldn't hook up our new fridge to the water line. Hawthorne sent out Mike to help. Took him less then 5 mins to have everything hooked up and working great. Mike was so helpful we scheduled a second service call to have him install our new RO water filtration system. There were some issues with the system we ordered and he had to come back a third time to finish the install after the issue was remedied. All the while, Mike was amazingly patient, helpful, professional, and friendly. We even waited 2 weeks for the final appointment while Mike was out sick, we trusted him and were happy to wait for him to recover. Hawthorne offered to send a second tech but we wanted to wait for Mike. When the dust cleared Mike had done a wonderful job! He even took time to walk us through some stuff in the house we just bought that we.werent familiar with, being from the east coast. I can say with all honesty, I've never been happier with a Service company. Hawthorne is great, and Mike is fabulous. We are very pleased.

I would highly recommend Hawthorne Plumbing. I can tell you as a first time homeowner, I have had so many ‘learning experiences’ with the plumbing in my house. I’ve had small repairs, like a small hardware replacement in the shower, and huge repairs, like a slab leak, all have been handled professionally by Hawthorne Plumbing. Had them out this week to fix up some ‘interesting’ plumbing work under my kitchen sink and it was another smooth experience with this company. The technician who did the repairs, Ben Holmes, was helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

I have used Hawthorne for my plumbing needs for over eight years. My water heater finally gave out and they were here in two hours to replace it with an excellent quality one with a ten year warranty. Their prices seem reasonable, and all their plumbers are very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Hawthorne.

I mistakenly had put the wrong foods down my garbage disposal which caused it to clog. I was able to clear the clog on my own but the dishwasher, in turn, would not drain. I called Hawthorne Plumbing to fix the clogged dishwasher and to repair the leaky faucet that I had tolerated for several months. The technician, Michael, responded and took care of the issues. While fixing the clog, he pointed out that the two shut-off valves for the sink were corroded and the plastic handles had broken off. I am the original owner of my house and seeing as how it is 28 years old, I had Michael look at all the other valves knowing that they were the originals. Indeed, the majority of the valves needed to be replaced and the job was completed in a timely manner. I didn't price shop nor collect other estimates so I have no idea if I paid a fair price for the job or not. All I know is that I could not have done the work myself and I feel comfortable knowing that I should, hopefully, get another 28 years out of my shut-off valves! ha!

The furnace inspection service was very thorough and helpful to us — we have 2 furnaces/AC units. He took electronic measurements from the actual controller boards and helped us make a decision to replace one of the capacitors. He also helped me replace a filter in a ceiling return vent which I could not easily reach. Thank you for your service to us.
