Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

What a great plumbing company! I had an issue with a leak under my sink and needed it fixed asap because I couldn't shower while having the main water line disconnected. I called Len and he came out as quick as possible to replace the valves under the sink. They were all corroded and wouldn't hold pressure. He explained how the parts worked and why they were breaking and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Very thorough and friendly! Can't recommend enough!

I had this plumbing problem two weeks after moving in to a new place and no one was home at the time. I contacted my rental agency who sent out there plumber, he spent 15 min at my house made a huge mess didn't clean it up then told me we should not flush hair and female products, and paper towels down the toilet and this wouldn't happen. I was very upset he was beyond rude and when i tried to state I would never do such a thing he just said yeah right. second time same thing less than a week after he so called fixed it. so this time i call my own plumber( In House Plumbing ) I looked them up 4.6 star's in reviews and on the phone they were very professional, gave me an adiquite quote in detail. when they arrived in only 30 min BY THE WAY every other plumber i call had at least a 2 to three hour turn around they were able to find the problem quickly and fix it. I would like everyone to know they explained everything in detail cleaned up the mess that a overflow caused excellent excellent service very nice and relatable I was not talked to like i was a stupid female, so if you have plumbing issues they are the best I've already given their number to my friends and family. awesome job In House keep it up.

We highly recommend In-House Plumbing and Angel! My husband was hanging some floating shelves in my office and drilled through a pipe behind the wall. Water came shooting out practically flooding the room. Several calls to different plumbing companies with no results, we finally called In-House and Angel came right over. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will always go to Angel for any plumbing issues!

Len and Angel provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process of finding the leak and fixing it. Len was very communicative and prompt with the appointment. Once they showed up to the house, they were very friendly and knowledgeable in locating and resolving this kind of issue. Len and Angel's experience in this field clearly shows because they encourage asking questions. After they fixed the leak, there was an issue with the sprinkler that was a separate issue from the initial leak. I called them, Len and Angel came over and fixed the problem for me for free of charge. I was extremely satisfied with their service. After calling 3 different companies to get a quote, In house Plumbing was the only one on time, they took the time to explain the process to me and they came in with a quote that beat both the others. They were extremely friendly, and did a fantastic job. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and Angel came out the same day I called. In and out in less than an hour. Very responsive, honest, quality work and a fair price. I've had these guys out to install my water heater tank and they did a great job then, too. I'll be a client of theirs as long as they are in business.

These guys are great. They come out and really want to know what's going on. Their prices are really reasonable. I had initially made a huge error in calling The Sunny Plumber AKA Goettl Plumbing and they wanted to charge me $20,000.00 because they said that I needed walls torn out, etc. I then called In House for a second opinion and they came out and showed me that Sunny Plumber had turned down the water heater to warm. Once it was turned back up to the normal temperature we had no issues with it. I really appreciate In House for their honesty

After I found a leak under my house the inspector missed, I tried to repair it myself. Well, that worked to a point. I call In House, they came out, explained where I went wrong. But they fixed very quickly. Happy days!!!

I’ve been using Len for a few years for small plumbing jobs around my home. I thought he was great! I bought a new home and needed major plumbing, not only did he give me the cheapest estimate, he was the only person that said he didn’t have to open any walls. Len and Angel did a wonderful job! They were on time, worked cleanly and efficiently. Completed my job in a timely fashion, I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work, big or small.

In house plumbing came to my home to take a look at a leak. I told them what the other companies told me about the problem. Angel was really straight forward with everything. I liked the price they gave me to fix the issue , it was almost half the cost of the other companies. Yes plumbing and my warranty company were charging me 5500-7000k to rerun my main water line , angel and his workers came and did an awesome job for 3500. I cant complain. Great honest job.

Len the first plumber we used was incredible with his years of experience he knew exactly what part our old shower needed. He went to the store and got the part we needed and had it installed in very little time and his install work was exceptional.

Our second plumber from IN HOUSE was Juan, he was also awesome and polite! He was great at explaining what we needed and what he was doing while installing our new kitchen sink faucet and our R/O system. He was very neat and clean and quickly finished his work, we were glad to have him in our home.

Angel himself changed out all of our old, hard water frozen valves; he was very quick and efficient.

I would highly recommend IN HOUSE PLUMBING & HVAC for all your plumbing needs and I will one day be calling them for our AC needs also. I completely trust this company and the employees working for Angel.

Connor was friendly and respectful. He showed me different options and pricing and showed me what was wrong with our toilet bowl and explained. He also wore shoe covers since we don’t allow shoes inside our home. I appreciated that so much seems legit company and no charge for diagnostic. They also call or text u on ETA and when they can come out.

I cannot say enough great things about Connor and Pure Plumbing & Air! Connor came out on a Saturday night at the end of his day, and you would never have known it by his attitude. He was incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and had a smile on his face the entire time.
What really impressed me was how respectful and accommodating he was with all my questions - and I had A LOT of them! He never made me feel like I was bothering him. He even called before entering my house and was kind enough to stay on video chat while working through the issue, which really put my mind at ease. Connor was able to fix everything within 30 minutes and even sent me a video afterward! He continued to answer all my questions with patience and expertise.

After doing research on at least 5 other Plumbing companies I called Pure Plumbing for an estimate for multiple repairs that I needed to be able to sell my home. I met with Steven Diaz on the same day. Extremely professional, well mannered, explained everything, answered all our questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable in his field. Needless to say this was who I chose to do the work. Today the work was done by Niko,Dominik, and Mateo. They also were very professional,well mannered and knowledgeable as each one worked on an assigned area and then worked collectively with each other. I can't express what a great experience this was as I have heard some nightmare stories concerning home repairs. Pure Plumbing should be very proud to have these gentlemen working for them. I recommend this company to anyone and they are honest. They took $458 off my bill at the end when Niko pointed out there was a charge that may have been necessary but then wasn't needed. Thank you all for making it easy for us.

After getting an invoice for $6000 from another company regarding my water heater, I called Pure, who I found through Angis list. Travis was my tech. He was so thorough with his diagnosis and explanations which I appreciated. The issue ended up being something simpler than the first quote I received. I felt comfortable and kindly educated by Travis. Would definitely recommend Pure!
