We've had ongoing drain issues on our mobile home. I looked around for plumbing companies in my area and decided on Pure Plumbing and Air. I am more than happy and grateful for Chris Aranda coming to my house to address the issues. Professional, eager to help, and all around good freaking dude. He has the best of the best equipment to zone down to the exact problem. His attitude and understanding is the best and I look forward to calling him back again. I had a very bad clog that was backing up into the shower. Pure plumbing was super responsive and able to make it out for a free consultation the same day! Everything was handled with a sense of urgency and decorum that I needed in the stressful situation.The technician, Derek, was very thorough, professional, polite, informative, and patient. He did an excellent job and had an amazing attitude. Great work!

Luis Chavez with Pure Plumbing & Air was an absolute lifesaver. After going almost a full week without running water, we were beyond frustrated. We had already contacted three other plumbing companies, all of which quoted us a minimum of $1,600 just to fix a leaking shower.

I had the pleasure to have Stephen Diaz as my plumber, fixed a broken water valve on our bathroom toilet. Change all the valves, water lines to the from the kitchen sink to the bathroom sink. He unclogged and clean up our water line that had roots growing in it and backed up the bathroom toilet and main water line/ drain line I believe it was. He help reconnect our washer/ dryer when our laundry area was under restoration. Installed the toilet, bathtub walls for us after a bathroom restoration. Just amazing work and dedication. He was more than another plumber, he is family. Thank for you for all your hard work.

Luis was absolutely fantastic. Our water heater broke earlier in the day yesterday, and he came through quickly to help us get it resolved. He was extremely professional and personable, and he took the time to walk us through exactly what the problem was. He is very knowledgeable of HVAC. I replaced the air conditioner and furnace. He answered all my question. He had all the tools, protected my floor with a tarp, and cleaned up everything. Plus, He helped me with my Eco Thermostat. After setting up the purchase my purchase he was here the next day with two of his associates and finished up the job. In addition, I decided to add a filtration system and they cimpleted that job the very next day. Finally, what sealed the deal is the finance package with 18 months waiver of payment and interest free payments. No other company in Las Vegas offers this package.

Let me just say that this Company is Amazing and Family owned! Niko Alip and his Team (Erick Lopez and Wayne Gardner) did the installation for our gas piping on our Home. They are all Professional, Friendly, and most importantly, will get the job done and will keep you updated throughout the process. From my first encounter with Chris Aranda, I knew him and his Team were the right choice for the job, and both my Wife and I are Super happy they were able to get things fixed on time like they said they would. Now we just wait for the final inspection from the City and for Southwest Gas to turn the gas back on (which they are helping us with that process too). I contacted Pure Plumbing for an estimate on remodeling three bathrooms in my home. I spoke with Chris A, and we confirmed a day and time for him to visit. He arrived promptly and was extremely thorough as he evaluated each bathroom and listened carefully to my requests. The project involved replacing showerheads, relocating plumbing from one side of the shower to the other, installing rain shower heads, and adding a new tub. I was impressed by how cautious Chris was while walking through my home—he even wore booties to keep my floors clean.
After comparing bids from three other companies, I chose Pure Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Throughout the project, Chris maintained excellent communication, coordinating seamlessly with both his team and the tile company. In the end, Pure Plumbing and Chris A exceeded all my expectations. I'm grateful for their professionalism and the quality of work they completed in my home.

Pure Plumbing came through again. Water softener went out on us and had two other companies come out to give estimates. Pure Plumbing came in, Dave was the rep, and offered a better product and price. We even decided to add the filtration system, because he gave us a very reasonable price. Chris is phenomenal! He genuinely helped in every way he knew how. He offered many possible solutions. Unfortunately, it didn't work out to my liking but I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. His knowledge and customer service is top-notch!

I am super grateful for Derek at pure plumbing and air! He literally saved the day! I needed to get my new washing machine installed. The installer told me the cold water valve in the laundry room was leaking. They had turned off the water and told me I needed to contact my plumber as they were unable to install my washer until the leak was fixed . I contacted the original plumbing company for my house and they told me they didn’t have any technicians available until tomorrow morning. UNACCEPTABLE. I told him it was an urgent situation and they basically wrote me off and said “ What do you want me to do? There’s no technicians available.” I was beyond frustrated. Luckily, the installer of the washer (Home Depot) recommended me to contact Pure plumbing. I called them and a nice representative Was able to schedule me the same day. I got a call from Nate who told me Derek will be my technician. He was here within 40 minutes. Derek was Amazing! He was courteous professional and Took his time to go over to make sure everything was in working order before he left. He took the time to explain things to me in regular human language instead of “ Shop talk” and made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the process. I was in such a panic, but Derek put my mind at ease. Although it wasn’t a quick fix, it could have been a lot worse. I am so grateful for Derek and his team! They understood the urgency and treated me with human kindness that I desperately needed. I am forever grateful and will 100% recommend this business to everyone. Pure Plumbing & Air provided outstanding service in replacing my home's hot water heater on short notice, which I discovered was at its end of life from a growing leak in my garage. The phone rep Sheri who scheduled my appointment was professional, welcoming, but more importantly, empathetic to my situation and issues. She was able to get a technician out to my house the same day! Sheri also texted me afterwards to ask for feedback and was available for any follow-up questions. The technician who stopped by, Alex, was kind and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that a full water heater replacement was needed to stop the leak as my water heater was already rusting. He showed a tiered pricing model, and I picked the most affordable replacement option. Thankfully, he already had the new water heater in his van, ready for installation. While doing the work, Alex allowed me to observe him on occasion so that I could learn how to fix small issues in the future and become more handy. He even replaced and refitted new pipes with his blowtorch and added new straps. Afterwards, he took my old water heater and left my garage in pristine condition. I showed the work to two plumbers over the next month and they both said that Alex did an excellent job and that everything was up to code and looked professional. The only items that were not replaced were the water heater pan and the gas vent since those were still in good condition. Several months later, I received a small gift from them in the mail as an appreciation for the business, which was a nice touch that shows that they want to continue building relationships with their customers. The only reason I have docked one star off my review wasn't because of the quality of the service, which was fantastic, but just because the service itself was much more costly than dedicated plumbing competitors. I'm assuming that since Pure Plumbing & Air has a larger team that works on multiple systems, including HVAC, their overhead costs are probably higher. Though I picked the most affordable replacement option at $2,500 for a 50 gallon Rheem Professional Classic atmospheric water heater, which was also on promotion for that month, the total price was noticeably more expensive than a quote from a dedicated plumber from a smaller company who stopped by the next day to fix a separate water pressure valve issue. He shared that he would have done the same job with the same brand and model for $1,650, inclusive of labor and materials. Alex also quoted me $750 for that same water pressure valve replacement, which he recommended should be replaced soon, but getting that second opinion saved me hundreds of dollars as Alex's quote was more than double the price compared to the dedicated plumber's quote of $350. So what I will say is that if you expect quality services and a courteous team, Pure Plumbing & Air is without a doubt a great company to consider, but their quality services do come at a premium price, so just be aware of how their services fit within your budget as you're shopping around. If I wasn't in a rush for a plumber due to a leak, I would likely have considered more vendors. Overall though, I do not regret selecting them for this job as the peace of mind that comes with the quality work Alex completed mostly makes up for the increase costs to me. Additionally, it's nice knowing that they're reliable when you need them quickly, and that can make all the difference in a home emergency.

Outstanding service! Christian was on time, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained the issue, walked me through the solution, and completed the work efficiently with great attention to detail. Pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. It’s such a relief to find a plumber you can truly trust. Christian absolutely exceeded my expectations. This review is to commend Christian Martinez (Plumbing Technician) for his incredible work over the last few weeks!

For context, my home needed a Manabloc replacement, 2 PVB's installed, and a water heater replaced. Christian came out quickly to assess and provided me timely quotes via email (often same day) which were comparable/cheaper than other reputable vendors (we were looking at 4 highly rated in the Vegas area).

What ultimately led to me choose Christian and Pure Plumbing, outside of price, was the incredible communication I received throughout the process. I am doing extensive work on remodeling a recently purchased home and have been in contact with 20+ vendors (for services outside of strictly plumbing too). I cannot stress how frustrating and difficult it is to get companies to follow up without me having to take the initiative 4-5 times and call. This was not the case with Christian - we walked me through different options, shared with me his recommendations / expertise, timely followed up, and made me aware of any key dates (shipping, installation, etc.). There were some slightly cheaper vendor options but ultimately, I just wanted the work done and a vendor who would listen, be proactive/timely, and work as a team to get this done - hence I went with Pure Plumbing.

On installation day, the team was very respectful (e.g. proactively offering to put on disposable shoe covers, etc.), worked in a timely manner, and left everything clean - the work itself was of high quality and I have no issues there.

Once those 3 aforementioned items were installed, it was round 2 to get the fixtures now working for hot water. I contacted Christian and once again within 24 hours he shifted his schedule around and was able to come out and do a free estimate and give me quotes/recommendations on how to fix. He even took some time out of his day to explain some of the intricacies of the plumbing that I was just curious about as a homeowner and that was appreciated.
