I want to give Ken Scarlett a shout out for his work ethic and for going above and beyond!! He fixed some plumbing issues that should have been taken care by another company. He fixed the issue and even pointed out the fact that my water heater was not installed correctly and could cause issues!! Thank you Ken for caring and being a professional!! Highly recommend this company and Ken S!!!

This company installed my heating unit and air conditioning, the installers did a really bad job, that night when the heat was on the unit got really hot. Took them three days before they came out to fix it.
My understanding was the service agreement was included in the price, it was not...They quoted me one price and then upped the price more....
Even though they can come out, the pricing is outrageous, Hopefully I will never need to use them again.

Andrew was quick and informative. He came at around 930ish last night for ac. He found the problem and actually the product! Awesome crew

Quincy did an amazing job installing our AC unit. Fast, efficient, polite, and neat. Hawthorne Heating/Cooling & Plumbing has a great asset in Quincy!

Well let me start with this review doesn’t apply to everyone at the Hawthorne Plumbing shop. The girl who answered the phone was nice and provided me the booking details. The tech definitely was nice till I told them I was getting estimates then the story changed was very aggressive and I felt threatened. I explained that the price for the AC compressor was just too much as another company quoted me $1250. Hawthorne didn’t even offer a compressor replacement just 2 new unit for $25k with a purified unit in air handler. Nice try Mr Hawthorne not today not this lady. $1250 repair done by others and unit is working. ***Beware seniors*** scammers are out there

I purchased a new high tech water monitoring system, That shuts off the water main, if it detects a major leak, and reports water usage to your smart phone, I needed to move my water main, into my garage to get it working, Ivan My technician, was helpful, he changed the job to exactly fit my needs, he was friendly, professional... and FAST!!

We had our tankless water heater serviced by Carlos. He was kind and professional answering all of my questions. I felt comfortable with him in my home and highly recommend. We now have scheduled a duct cleaning through Hawthorne and plan on using them in the future. Thank you! 😃👍🪠

We have been customers of Hawthorne, Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for years. They come out twice a year to inspect furnace and air conditioning units. We had 20 year old air conditioning units that were on borrowed time and after the inspection visit this year, we decided to go ahead and replace the units. The time between the inspection and appointment to have them installed was just a few days. We were surprised at how quickly they were able to send a team to replace the units. Quincy and Steven arrived on time on our scheduled day and worked diligently replacing the units. They were polite, kind, neat, and respectful of us and our home. The units have been in place for a week and Quincy just came back out to check the units and reassure us that all was working properly. Our old units made terrible noise, so we were not used to what new, working units sounded like. LOL! Again, Quincy was just so incredibly kind, respectful and reassuring. What an asset he is to Hawthorne, plumbing, heating, and cooling. We highly, highly recommend the company as a whole and maybe when you need them, you will have the privilege of Quincy doing the work.

My first time using this company to replace a water heater and it was a great experience. Excellent and quick customer service responses.
Follow-up emails are sent to customers when a technician is dispatched. Our Technician Felipe was very knowledgeable, professional and qualified. I will definitely use Hawthorne for all my future plumbing needs.

Quincy possesses excellent customer service and communication skills. He communicated with me throughout his diagnosis of my ac system in a way that I understood. He’s a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommended him for your HVAC service needs.

I tried using a different company after previously using Harthorne Plumbing for a clogged drain after Harthorne was unable to come the day I needed them to. That was a big mistake, the other company attempted to unclog the drain and when it was unsuccessful they still tried to charge me. They refused to use a longer snake for my kitchen sink unless I paid them more money. Harthorne eventually came out fixed the problem and charged me a fair amount.

I am writing a bad review because Hawthorne Plumbing over charged me for diagnosing the ceiling leak problem and for cutting part of my celling to $364. When I booked the appointment, the scheduler told me the diagnosis is $126. In order to check where the problem is, Ivan had to open the ceiling anyway. Originally I told him to go ahead and fix it after diagnosis. But he left to get the parts which he didn’t tell me he had to leave to get the parts because by the time he left, I’ve changed my mind and want to cancel the service instead. So waited till he gets back. I was hoping I’m only paying the diagnosis cost since he hasn’t fixed the problem. But he said it will cost me a lot more than that. So he told me it’s $364. After talking to his manager on the phone, Ivan lowered it to $299. Which is still a lot more than the $126 diagnostic fee. Please be careful with this company. They will steal money from you. I will never recommend Hawthorne Plumbing to anyone.

Jerry S was our plumber for replacing our main water line from the street connection to our house. This was a huge project and Jerry was very communicative for the entire process. Also want to recognize technician Diego in being a diligent worker in assisting in this project. After the new water line was put in and connected and the backfill of dirt and rock was completed, you can't even tell our front yard had ever been dug up.
We're so happy to have indoor plumbing again thanks to Jerry's expertise!

As we get older, we don’t want to do DIY projects anymore. Anytime Plumbing has replaced faucets and recently our garbage disposal. Turns out, they have garbage disposals units on their trucks, so we didn’t need to buy one, and it was cheaper than the one we bought. Davion is great plumber. He does a great job, is very clean, and seems honest about how much needs to be done and the prices.

Great from start to finish. Bailey did a great job installing a brand new water heater. 6 year warranty was a great selling point.

I just had a 40 gal Gas Water Heater replaced by Anytime Plumbing. Their price was more than acceptable- less than half the price of the first estimate I received from another company. Michael the technician did an excellent, professional job and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. I am very satisfied with the job that was done as well as the entire experience.

Victor was very professional, well mannered and honest about the issue at hand. He resolved it with advice to help prevent future recurrence.
Would recommend to anyone if you need help with plumbing in a fast and efficient manner.

Curtis did an excellent job, he fixed the leak and cleaned up the plumbing nightmare of the old unused water softener. Whoever answered the phone could use some customer service training.
