Plumber encountered some difficulties with removal of original plumbing, was very patient in his attempts to overcome the difficulties and resolved the problem! He did a remarkable job in completing the job! I would recommend him and the business!!

Service was prompt and professional. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was I thought it was expensive, but this was only an opinion. Additionally, the service person (Mike) did some extra things to insure our satisfaction. I will certainly use them again.

I hired USA plumbing and air to replace my sink faucet. Same day service and prices are affordable. Kevin did a great job and even followed up the next day to make sure everything is ok compared to others. Don’t hesitate to call them, I promise there are the best in town!

I have the Puragain water filtration system in my home and Michael added valves and bypass options to allow for better options when doing work on the system. We can now isolate the filters for maintenance without having to turn off the water to the house. Much cleaner look, more efficient.

We really had a very great experience with Michael who fixed our issue in our toilet. He was nice and very professional and telling us what needs to be done. The end product of what he did was very satisfying. I am very impressed at the end. Our toilets are now is functioning well and look like new! Thank you Michael!

My water heater quit. My home warranty company called USA Plumbing and Air. The technician, Michael came out, on time, courteous and professional. I was very pleased with his knowledge and thorough diagnosis. Although,
I like the service I received from USA Plumbing I certainly don't recommend Choice Home Warranty co. They try to deny every claim and they denied this claim, as well.

Glenn gave me really good advice for selecting the right replacement parts for my kitchen plumbing. This saved me a lot of time. I’ll skip Home Depot and Lowe’s from now on, since I usually have to wait 15 minutes just to find someone to help me. Thanks usa lock and key

We had a very specialized shower system with an electronic interface that was failing. We had 2 other plumbing companies look at it and they just didn't want to deal with figuring it out. We had Michael over for a quote. He dove right in, did some research, called the manufacturer and came up with a plan to proceed. It was a complicated repair but he didn't fail us and did an amazing job and a beautiful installation. We have found our plumber!!!

Had a pipe burst at 1:00 AM and called numerous plumbing companies however, USA Plumbing & Air was the faster to respond. They responded right away and had a plumber at my home within the hour. Fast, professional, and reliable even in the middle of the night. Highly recommend for emergency plumbing and overall service! I’ll definitely will call them back for any service I may need in the future. Thank you!

When we first moved into our home in 2020, ’usa Plumbing and air did an excellent job helping us change the faucets. They also charged reasonably.

Because of their excellent service last time, we invited Deniel and Michelle back yesterday. They spent time to assess the issue, helped identify the problem and pointed us to a company that could help resolve the issue. They did not charge us for that.

We thank Usa Plumbing and air for providing consistent professional, honest and knowledgeable service. Keep up the great work. We highly recommend them!

Solomon from USA PLUMBING AND AIR was my estimator and after talking with me and answering a lot of questions provide a bid within a few hours of his visit. It wasn’t the most expensive bid nor was it the least expensive but it was the bid the provided me with the best tankless water heater available today. To my surprise, Solomon and Daniel were my knowledgeable installers. They were fast, efficient, and left the space cleaner than they found it. They did some demolition also, and we’re going to do dry wall, but I ask them to wait on that. I will certainly use it in the future as other issues arise. My neighbor saw their work and asked Solomon for an estimate before he left my job.

Solomon was very professional and able to accommodate my appointment schedule with a smile. Solomon T. was great. Two days before Thanksgiving, we had a broken water heater and toilet. Solomon was able to install both quickly and we're happy to say our hot water is back! Highly recommend. We've used Precision several times and are happy with USA plumbing and air

Mike replaced my outdoor bibb that was leaking really bad and installed 2 new ones for me. Also replaced house PRV that was leaking. Then installed whole house pre-sediment filtration system to help prevent further hard water damage. He worked hard and stayed late to ensure the job was completed. Will call again if I need further plumbing maintenance.

Michael is extremely reliable and professional. On the first day he came, he quickly identified the area of the leak and gave me a clear and detailed explanation. Later, he worked diligently to locate the exact spot and successfully repaired the leak. He even went above and beyond to adjust the water flow for my convenience. I’m truly grateful for his hard work and dedication.
