Our water heater was leaking. We had other quotes for replacing (ours was under warranty) but they were very high. Hector responded right away with a reasonable quote. They arrived within an hour and did excellent work. Within 2 hours we had a new water heater installed. Very happy with results.

Carlos was amazing! Came the same day I noticed the leak and was able to replace my water heater with the exact one I wanted. He was very efficient and made sure to clean up after everything was done. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that was going to be done prior to the service. We got great same-day service from Hector Cardenas and another technician (whose name i can’t remember) when the air conditioner stopped cooling at our townhouse in Henderson this week.

They diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, but it wasn't a simple as just replacing it with a new one, because the compressor still would not start. They then installed a stronger capacitor, which had enough kick to get things going again. Hector said this could be an indication that the compressor itself may be near the end of its life, but that cost of this service call would be credited toward that repair if it fails in the next month. For now, everything is working well and we are hoping that this repair will last for a while.

The cost for the service call and parts was $410–certainly not cheap, but from my perspective, an excellent value on a very hot day!

Excellent service! Very professional from the first outreach when we had an after hours emergency due to a broken toilet valve. They arrived within one hour of my after hours service request. Fair (upfront price) given on the phone before the technician was even dispatched. I would definitely use them again!

Chris and Teegan did a great job repairing a leak in my attic, these guy's are very professional and knowledgeable in plumbing I'm very happy with the work that was done.

They literally tried charging me $400 just to snake out my main line just to snake it to unclog it
