Progressive Pest Management was lovely to work with. General inquiries and scheduling over the phone was easy. They explained their process and were pleasant & patient throughout the call. Pricing seemed very fair / good value compared to other places. The technician who came out was professional and courteous. He sprayed the interior (even had booties on) and exterior for bugs, and set up some bait stations for mice. Would recommend and use their service again.

Very let down by this company. I have used them previously and had no problems. In April we had the property sprayed like we do every six months. This time, it was like their employee never sprayed the property. I have 2 acres & they were only there for 35 minutes per my cameras. I have weeds everywhere!! When I called to inquire what we could do. I was told that I would have to pay more money to spray again! I strongly do not recommend this company!

We have been using Progressive exclusively since moving to Reno. We have found them to be an extremely reliable company. They are always on time and all their employees do a very thorough job. Our latest technician, Will, did a fabulous job. He listened to our concerns and took care of all our issues.

Progressive Pest Company is great and I would definitely recommend.
In the past, when I first was calling different companies, Progressive was the ONLY company that quoted me a very reasonable price to come out one time for the problem I was having. They did not (like other's) try to have me agree to a yearly contract. I have used them every year, one time...perfect job. Once, we had some new "bugs" appear a few weeks after their treatment and Progressive came right back out and sprayed with no charge.

Their scheduler is wonderful and the technicians that come out are very nice and very careful around your property. Great company!!

I have used many Pest Companies in The Bay Area and here in Nevada. Progressive is hands down the best. I just went through a difficult transaction. They went above and beyond every step of the way! We have been using Progressive for a couple of years and have been very happy with their service. We appreciate that we get the same tech (who is very knowledgeable, kind btw) every time. Not sure if that's just how they operate but that has been nice. Thanks guys we used to get some gnarly spiders trekking around inside the house, not anymore!!

This is my fourth year I think using Progressive Pest. I have them spray for weeds and inject beetle killer in the ground around five elm trees every year. The weed killer lasts pretty well all season and the beetle infestation shrinks down to a very small number. We are very satisfied with their products and service and will continue to use them!

I haven't been able to figure out how they charge you full price for a service when they only do half the service??? They sprayed the outside of the house but not the inside and it's still a full price charge.

Brian’s friendly demeanor and excellent customer service was exceptional! Prices are also very competitive and they don’t push you to sign up for a monthly plan like many of the other companies do. I will definitely use this company again.

The driver of this truck today pulled off of Muller Lane onto Highway 395 N Bound and almost caused a multi car accident so completely reckless and dangerous he should be fired!

I highly recommend Progressive Pest Management. They have serviced my home for several years and do a great job. Their prices are very reasonable and return immediately if additional spraying is required. Always on time and very professional . I did research on several companies prior to hiring Progressive and this family owned company is the best!
