After returning from a trip out of town we found that sugar ants had invaded our home. We called around in the morning trying to get someone to come out in the near future. Progressive Pest Management actually had a person answer and were able to squeeze us in that day.

The gentleman that showed up was jovial, kind, understanding and through. His name was Ron and he asked questions and then informed us what he would do. He then went straight to work. Before leaving he informed us that they would return and reapply treatment if we saw any ants in a week.

We did notice a few ants and called and made an appointment. They were true to their word and returned and reapplied at no charge.

Would we use them again. ABSOLUTELY!!

Aphid infestation in my Ash trees. I called Progressive and they were able to get to me that same day. This company is the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE which seems rare these days. My call was answered professionally, and they were able to get to me that same day. They sent "Will" out to do the service, I found him to be professional and very polite. He explained to me what treatment was needed , then addressed the situation. I had also called (twice) the Pest control company I normally use and two others leaving messages. Only one returned my call and that was hours after Will had finished. I know what company I'm using in the future. Shout out to Eric for the referral.

Yesterday we had Paul as our tech and he was great!!! He was very friendly, showed up right on time, and was very very thorough! We showed him all our needs and he took care of it all with breeze!! It was nice and quick and we absolutely love progressive pet! They have wonderful customer service and get the job done well! We decided to do quarterly with them and are so happy we are! Thank you Paul, we appreciate you!!

Two years ago, Progressive sprayed some of my trees for aphids. They were prompt, friendly, effective, and reasonable.
Some bushes and trees were sick. Progressive sent Jose to take a look. He's good. He found problems I didn't know I had. Soon we crafted a plan for preventative maintenance of my trees and shrubs. I did not know they were that versatile.
I will use their expertise for shrub and tree maintenance in the future.

I have a big yard and they knocked it out quickly! I'm looking forward to a weed free spring. They were also nice enough to recommend ways to keep my yard weed free all year.

I have used Progressive Pest Management and Weed Control for years. This year, there was a mound that looked like an ant hill. The man, who came to spray the weeds as well, took a look at it. It was not an ant hill. He leveled it and sprayed it anyway. He assured me that nothing was going to be coming out of the mound. I highly recommend this company.

I recently contacted Western Arborist in Reno, Nevada to get an estimate for taking care of the trees on my property, and I had a great experience. Benjamin came out to take a look and did an amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

It’s really nice to work with a local contractor who has so much experience and strong logistics in the tree care industry. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing and have the right equipment and team to handle the job properly.
