Our front yard had so much improvement with the grass and trees with TruGreen. The previous owners appeared to not have any fertilizing with the grass trees and shrubs.

Maxwell was very courteous and educated. He told me what was wrong with my lawn, what products he was going to use to fix,, And how the product is going to correct it. I have used Trugreen in the past and the workers back then were clueless. This company has come a long way since then, and I look forward to continuing to receive my services.

Lawn service ok but I still get a lot of sucker plant weeds popping up. I am very unhappy with the tree service portion of the service. Today a guy just showed up at the door while we were lounging in or sleep clothes, no advance notice or anything. The previous time I received a text the same day the person was to arrive. Well that didn't work as we were out all day, the gate was locked with our dog also in the yard. Please give more notice prior to showing up. Thank you

Mark was the best. Came to the door talked with me explained what he is doing. I asked for trees but they only do up 20 feet. That’s ok I have a big yard.

We've used TruGreen for about 2 years now. Large areas of our lawn are now dead. The guy came by yesterday and said it was because it needed to be aerated, and also said that our lawn was supposed to get aerated by them every 6 months. They've never done it that I know of. He also said all their outside workers quit last week, so they only have one or two do all their customers. Says something pretty negative about the management there.

Absolutely awful company. They charged us for a full year of service for the front and back yard, we wanted the back yard reseeded. That never happened. We did get a partial refund when 4 months went by and we demanded our money back. They claimed they were treating the front yard and taking care of the weeds in the front side yards. My lawn started dying in the front yard and we still have to PAY someone else to take care of the weeds in the side yards as we are under an HOA. We also were charged for a lawn aerstion that never happened. WE did the aerating and reseeding. We have demanded our money back, spoken to multiple "managers" all to no avail. We called again today after another technician came by and found out that tru green never canceled our account. The techs have spoken to my pre-teen kids about lawn treatment, and my relative, but are as to talking to the account holder? They haven't. Tru Green, I know you will read this, do not tell me to reach out via email. My husband has and it hasn't done any good. Give people their money back, cancel the accounts, apologize, and stop sending people to do work we don't want.

Thank you for your continued professionalism with my lawn care. Technician was polite and thorough with the application of chemicals. TruGreen is the best. Iam looking forward to a lush green park like lawn this summer.

Daniel Hernandez came out to spray my house for wasps today and did a fantastic job! He let me know exactly what he would be doing and made sure to spray every inch of the problem areas and the foundation. Daniel was very polite, professional and courteous and spent time to answered all of my questions. I work for a property management company and we currently use a different pest control company but after seeing Daniel's work ethic, his attention to detail and the way he promoted your company I would like to have you out to my property and submit a proposal.

Easy to book. Always on time. Jose has taken care of spraying the buildings on my property for a few years. He does a great job every time. Highly recommend this business.

Everyone I dealt with, from the office to the field, was very nice. They came when they said they would and sprayed the white-top on my property. When, a few weeks later I saw that they had missed some spots, they immediately scheduled me again and came back out to finished the job. Great to work with!

I needed weed control in Carson City ASAP to keep me out of trouble with my neighbors, the city, Sheriff Furlong, and who knows who else! Will Card responded **promptly** and said the weeds would start turning yellow in a week. It's Day 8 and they are plenty yellow. I look forward to using

We've been using Progressive Pest for approximately three years now. They show up on time. Send me a text to remind us of our appointment and show up on time. Their techs are great, friendly and knowledgeable. Also, love the fact that they have friendly staff to answer their phone so I don't have to leave message and play telephone tag.

Brian is careful, thoughtful and efficient. He listens, asks the right questions and takes care of business. He adjusts to the current needs with a smile and can do attitude.

I have appreciated Progressive Pest for several years. They are dependable, friendly, on time and most importantly EFFECTIVE! I don’t do bugs! I would give up a lot of other necessities (yes, I consider them a necessity!) before giving up their service. And because they are so reasonable, I will never need to!

Progressive Pest Managment has done an excellent job for me for several years. We had a problem with bugs when we purchased our home. Spiders mostly.
We contacted them, and have had no pest problems since.
They work with you on dates, and times, the front office is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, coupled with the fact that we have no more insects bothering us, make for a great working relationship.
